The Space:

SUNRISE SUMMIT is located about a 7 mile drive from downtown HELEN GA. Luxurious and well-maintained this is a favorite among our guests. This cabin has two MASTER BEDROOMS, an indoor Jacuzzi TUB and a Hot Tub on the Back Deck just feet from the downstairs Master bedroom. You can practically step out of your bed and into the HOT TUB. The game room features a FULL-SIZE POOL TABLE, a couch to relax on and a FLAT SCREEN TV for your entertainment. The living room has another BIG flat Screen TV and a WOOD FIREPLACE. The kitchen is an open floor plan so everyone feels connected. Sitting on top of the MOUNTAIN in beautiful Panorama Estates, this 2200 sq. foot cabin is available with all the comforts of home and then some. ENJOY a paved drive all the way to the Sunrise Summit cabin with spacious gravel parking for 3 vehicles. The mountain VIEW from the back deck will make you wish you could stay forever – the SUNRISE over the mountain is AWESOME! Located only 7 miles from HELEN GA and 6 miles to the popular Edelweiss German restaurant, this cabin is sure to please.

DOGS ONLY: Approved low-shedding breeds only. Dogs must be potty trained, under 50 lbs, and no more than 2 per stay.

Not permitted: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Bullmastiffs, high-shedding or large breeds, and cats.

Standard Pet fee: $150/pet

Long term pet fee (stays of 7+ days): $35/day per pet. Confirm pet terms with property manager, as breed and shedding factor into approval.

Pets may not be left unattended, tied up outside, or allowed on furniture/beds. Guests must supply their own pet bed/crate and clean up waste

Minimum age of primary renter 29 years old

Fire Wood is Available for Delivery $39.96 plus tax for three bundles (Monday – Friday Only). Ask the Office!

Seasonally decorated for Christmas, including a Christmas Tree, right after Thanksgiving and taken down right after the New Year’s holiday

We provide complimentary essential products to get you started for your stay, such as 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 1 bath soap per bathroom, and 1 pack of coffee. Be sure to bring extra of these items and any other items you may need for your stay
