Cute and Close to Town
Two middle aged sisters having a shopping weekend in downtown Holland. The Cottage was clean and open and comfortable. We were close to town and when we weren't shopping we were cozied up with blankets having long conversations and knitting and watching lame Hallmark Christmas movies.
Wonderful little cottage
We had a wonderful visit - the cottage was perfect for our little family of four with two young children. Appreciate the proximity to beaches as well as downtown Holland.
Perfect Michigan getaway
Another stay at the cottage with more great memories! We love this cottage and the convenient location. It's clean, modern, bright and has a lake view. Short drives to the beach, restaurants and Downtown Holland. Our kids also enjoy playing in the large yard while we relax on the deck.
Lives up to its name!
My family just came back from staying at this "perfect little cottage." It sure was! We had friends staying at Holland State Park, but with two small children, we needed some place more family friendly. All of the hotels were in downtown Holland a few miles away. Then we found this! It was very affordable (about what we'd pay for a hotel, actually) and much more cozy and comfortable. It is very well maintained and updated. Though it is small, the inside is actually quite spacious. We had several of the aforementioned friends over for dinner and there was more than enough seating space in the big living room. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. We highly recommend this place and will look for reasons to come back to Holland and back to the Perfect Little Cottage as soon as possible!
We enjoyed our stay at the perfect little cottage, its name sake stating it all! Everything is provided, with thought given to detail when stocking home! Cottage was clean and homey, I especially enjoyed the landscaping and views of water. AC worked great, nice hot water, good water pressure, beds were comfortable. The fireworks were an added bonus our family enjoyed from the living room! This cottage is located within 15 min of about any shopping that can be imagined ( make sure to check out the farmers market and down town shopping...one of a kind) The cottage is also ideally located for outdoor activities...beaches, nature preserves and bike/walking paths are all close and easily accessible. We highly recommend this cottage!
