28 day + reservations only accepted. Wonderful location! Highly desirable and convenient north side location can’t be beat! Close to the beach and a short drive to town. Sanitized and contactless check in! We are nestled just down the street from Tunnel Park Beach. Perfect spot to sun during the day and watch the sunset later. This professionally decorated 3 bedroom, air conditioned home offers family fun for all age groups. Our open floor plan and the fieldstone fireplace in our great room with dining for 14 is great for entertaining or just lounging. Large screen smart tv. The recently remodeled kitchen boasts an open concept with open shelving, new appliances and farmhouse sink. Sleeping accommodations: Main floor bedroom has a queen bed/tv. Upstairs bedrooms includes a bedroom with twin beds and a king bedroom with TV. Lower level bunk room plus pull out queen sofa in the main area in the basement. Newly updated bathrooms, one on the main floor, one on the upper floor. Lower level flat screen tv and dvd player for entertainment as well as a game table and foosball table. Plan a BBQ after a day at the beach on a fully shaded deck. Enjoy the string twinkle lights at night! Roast marshmallows in our fire pit. Bring your bikes to ride on the bike trail outside our front door. Kayak and Canoe rentals close by as well as a the marina for boat and jet ski rentals. Pickleball courts and parks right down the street. 4 flat screen TVs with Roku and streaming, WiFi, DVD players . Relax on the shaded wrap around deck in the comfy Adirondack chairs. New washer and dryer and kitchen appliances.
Ask us about expanding the rental to include our stylish carriage house suite. You will be the only group on the property but can add on this adorable suite with queen bed, living area, full bath and mini kitchen. We loved this home. Great location. Beautiful home and views of the lake. The place was very spacious. The kitchen was great. It was well stocked with all the supplies, tools, pots/pans. There was plenty of towels. Loved the welcome book with recommendations and the history in the house. The location was ideal for snow skiing and short derive to many different restaurants. Our hosts were very responsive. Clark was great. He cleaned the driveway early to make sure we got to the ski slopes early. Greaa awwwww t communication. This place would also be great in the summer!

Absolutely wonderful! Beautiful decor, and completely stocked. The showers are amazing too. So convenient to everything we wanted to do. Such as go to wineries, visit the beach and lighthouses, and explore downtown Holland, which was so much more than I ever expected. They also have a fantastic farmers market. Could not have been happier here highly recommend.

Exactly as charming as the photos suggested. We were glad to have the ease of the gas fireplace and everything we needed was available to cook with in the kitchen. Very clean and quiet neighborhood with an easy 10 minute walk to the beach. Would stay here again!

Nice location in a quiet neighborhood. Close to beach and downtown activities. Rooms were comfortable, but the housekeeping staff overlooked some areas. I have contacted the owner directly regarding these areas. Overall it was a nice rental property, but some furniture could use updating.

Sadly this repeat guest brought dogs to the property that peed all over, including the carpeted bedroom.Our cleaning people had to bring rugs home to wash. We had to bring in special cleaners to remove pet stains and odor. When we told them no pets for their next visit they wanted to cancel because of their dogs. We offered to let them find another date, so they could make arrangements for their dogs. We also recommended a kennel close by, where we bring our dog. We did end up refunding money minus the cost of the extra cleaning. We are a no pet cottage.

Nice place for groups

This was the perfect place to catch up and spend time with friends. Plenty of living space and good sleeping arrangements. Very clean, easy check in/out, and good proximity to the beach and Holland. Nice deck with a grill too if you’re there during the warmer months.

We fell in love with Holland when we would visit our girls who both attended Hope College, when graduation time creeping up on us we set about to find a vacation home in this lovely community, We love the friendliness, shopping, farmers market, the lake and beaches and of course all that goes on at Hope College. Since we live in Cincinnati we decided to rent our house out so that others could enjoy it when we weren't there ourselves.

Why they chose this property

We loved the cottagey feel and the proximity to the beach, there is nothing like taking a short walk down the street to the Lake, even in the winter. It is a changing landscape everyday. Also the house has plenty of room for a crowd and a great outdoor area. Its a great place to unwind.

What makes this property unique

Close to the bike trails and beach but on a quite street away from the crowds. Short walk to the beach and short ride into town for restaurants and shopping
