Appartement 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain sur la plage !! Profitez du petit-déjeuner sur le pont pendant que vous regardez le lever du soleil sur l'océan. Le condo est proche de tout, situé à Kill Devil Hills, et non loin du Wright Brother's Memorial. La chambre principale a un lit queen, la deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Le salon dispose d'un lit gigogne. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, et il y a plein de restaurants à proximité. Le placard de rangement se trouve au niveau du sol et chargé avec des jouets de plage, des poteaux de pêche, des couvertures et des chaises de plage pour votre usage. La zone commune comprend un barbecue et une table de pique-nique. Il y a une buanderie à pièces sur place. En 2016, un ascenseur à bagages a été installé, il n'y a pas d'ascenseurs. Parking couvert limité et beaucoup de places de parking disponibles.

We really enjoyed our stay at Summer Wind. Communication from the owners prior to arrival was clear and made it easy to check in. The house had everything we needed and a really GREAT location. Eventhough the unit is on the side of the building, there is a great view of the beach from the balcony. We were there at the beginning of May so the whole building was very quiet and tranquil.

Host was wonderful, very accommodating. Answered messages immediately, we arrived early and he gave us access earlier than scheduled. Ocean view from balcony was beautiful. In their beach closet we were able to use chairs, wagon, etc. Place was very clean! Kitchen is beautiful with plenty of cabinets and everything you needed. Beds are most comfortable. Living room furniture could be updated. Front door needs new weatherstripping. First night was very windy/cold, you could feel the wind through the door. We had a wonderful time!!

Property was very clean, kitchen very well stocked, we we surprised we only had one dishwasher pod for four days and no dishwashing soap at the sink. Also surprised no hair dryer in the unit.

The property was in need of major updates. The carpets were all very dirty. The living room furniture was super uncomfortable and dirty also. My poor husband had to lie down frequently because the chairs were so uncomfortable and the couch was too low to get out of. The kitchen was very nice as were the bedrooms. Water pressure in the main bath was low and the shower head needs to be replaced with a newer model. Also a grab bar would be helpful, nothing to hold onto. The jigsaw puzzle I chose to work on was extremely old with many missing pieces. A few new ones would be nice. We had one very windy day and the wind came in around the edges of the door- it needs to be sealed. The weather was cold but that’s not the owner’s fault! It was just nice to get away. The host Tom was very nice and helpful, always responded quickly to my questions.

Wonderful time!!

Property is slightly dated, but perfectly functional. We had a wonderful stay. No elevator, but there is a motorized basket to lift heavy luggage so you don't need to carry it upstairs. We are already planning to return in the fall.

Very Relaxing!!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we loved it! The beach is right in your backyard and you can hear the ocean as you wake up. Plus you’re about 5-10 minutes from everything!

Perfect vacation spot

This property is in the perfect spot. It’s close to so many things and view of the beach is awesome. Everything was extremely clean and easy to access. The owners were very communicative and approachable. This was our first trip to OBX and we will definitely use this property if/when we come back!

Awesome stay close to everything.

My son and his friend stayed for the week. Great location steps from the beach. Close to two large grocery stores, restaurants and activities. Super clean, great kitchen and a little space between you and the kids. One of the best stays we have had in the outter banks and we have been going for almost 10 years.

Great place

We had a great time. Heat pump was not working when we arrived but Tom was easy to get in touch with and he had it fixed asap. Condo was near the beach and we had a great view. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great Views

Perfect little spot to be right on the beach in no time. Dolphins swam by several times a day playing. Sunrise and set were gorgeous and the owner was very responsive to all questions.

Great stay!

Family was vacationing at OBX and a few of us wanted to start vacation early. This condo was perfect for 3 additional days at the beach. The owners, Tom and Vicki, were very responsive, location was great and accommodations were well represented in description and photos. Kitchen is well stocked with supplies, lots of beach supplies in the closet. I would highly recommend this condo for your OBX getaway.

Family Beach Vacation

This was a great location for our family. Our 3 and 5 year olds couldn’t spend all day on the beach so it was an easy walk to and from beach, multiple times a day. Beds were very comfy and condo was clean. Toys and puzzles in the closet were great when the boys needed a break from the sun. Owners responded quickly to my questions. Would definitely stay here again!
