Wonderful home

This lake house is beautiful with an amazing location and view. We stayed their for Mother’s day weekend with our adult children and grand baby. It worked out perfectly. Anthony was very helpful, accommodating and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this home!

Great hideaway on the water

I picked the property because of its privacy and proximity to water, and I was not disappointed. It's a great place to get out of the city (though close enough to make an Austin day trip easy), find some quiet, and enjoy a lazy day on the water. The water touching the property isn't very accessible, but the private beach/park at the end of the driveway couldn't be more convenient and wasn't too crowded. Anthony was also super easy and flexible to work with and everything was in good order.

Amazing Experience!!

You will not find a nicer property on Lake Travis! Owner will greet you on arrival and make sure you have everything you need for the stay with great suggestions on local activities. Boat rental is less than a mile away and extremely easy. And none of that is the best part. The property is amazing. Everything was built for a luxury experience. The outdoor spaces are not done justice by the photos. Breathe taking views of the lake. Then you go inside. Newly remodeled kitchen has absolutely everything you would want. All 3 bedrooms are spacious and will continue your great experience. We could not more highly recommended this home!!!

The Perfect Lake Trip

If you are wondering whether to book this property, do yourself a favor and just do it! The experience with this property is unmatched. I cannot express enough how easy the property owner was to work with and the pride he took in making sure our family had a fantastic weekend. He met us there on arrival and made sure that we knew where everything was and he was available almost instantly all weekend on the few occasions we had any questions. This house is beautiful and the bunk room was perfect for the 4 girls we had with us. And, not to mention the fun they had with the paddle boards on the lake. We cooked our meals at the house and the kitchen was well stocked for what we needed to use to cook, not to mention that the newly renovated kitchen is beautiful and a joy to cook in! This house was wonderful and we are already trying to figure out when we can come back for a longer stay.

Surprise Silver Linings

Lakefront, 3 BR was the big draw - but great bonuses included water fun options (tubes, boards) and nearby rentable boats, such as the pontoon with added Lilly pad feature for a memorable afternoon. What a surprise - a big bag of deer corn which we fed by hand to a herd of about 11 deer who arrived at the back door nightly. Easily toddler friendly, as well. So happy all around!

Family party

The place was awesome and owner very attentive to all our needs. The views were breathtaking and the house was immaculate. We will definitely be coming back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Great house, great location!

Great house , great location on Lake Travis! Our family had a great weekend, we had 5 teenagers and had plenty of room. The interior of the house is decorated beautifully. Our kids loved feeding the deer, paddle boards, & boating on the lake. The owners were very accommodating, would stay here again!

IF YOU LOOKING FOR BREATHTAKING VIEWS FROM EVERY ROOM FACING THE WATERFRONT...THIS IS IT!!

Our family of 8 stayed for two nights over the 4th of July holiday we couldn't have asked for anything more. The home was fully equipped with more than what the property details states. I love to cook and there was nothing I couldn't do I had all the amenities including a brand new-like gorgeous kitchen with great quality dinnerware, flatware, including clean and carefully selected linen. I was impressed with everything to say the least, furthmore, from the master bedroom to the 2 guests rooms we were so pleased with the new quality bed linens and great taste in interior design. Those details just made everything easy to enjoy our stay. Waking up to the view of the lake was my favorite thing...the home sits on the entire second floor, my mom being physically challenged was the one thing that was short from being perfect but she loved hanging out on the balcony for hours it was so amazing to see her enjoy herself just with the gorgeous views. The home is so spacious our family didn't feel cramped or uncomfortable with lack of privacy with the spread out bedrooms making the dining and living areas centerstage separating each of the rooms. The owner includes other watersport equipment we weren't aware of making our trip extra fun and entertaining for the kids. The view will cost a little physical upstairs workout, but it's worth the exercise. The outside first floor was like being out in the country with a lake! so private, quiet, and relaxing underneath the amazing shady trees by the patio. We grilled and had a fabulous time later at night by the firepit. Plenty of firewood already there for our use. Gosh! we can go on and on...this place was UNIQUE! The owner was very genuinely kind and such an easy calm demeanor very accommodating and accessible within minutes via text or phonecall. My family had no complaints except that it was too quickly over. Plenty of beach towels in case you have none, plenty of cleaning supplies in case OCD'ers like me need to keep up with the cleanliness. Very happy about the property it was well maintained with the very picky in mind (the housekeeping was like a hotel fresh clean feel). If we forgot something from home...don't worry they had it covered (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, spices, even had to use their detergent for laundry). Everything works in the house just be sure you have netflix but owner said he may have regular channels later on however, we were there to stay away from television!
