Imagine waking up to the beautiful sights of the ocean. Enjoy this beautiful townhouse that is 25 feet from the ocean and a walking distance to Lahaina. Puamana is a gated community south of Lahaina. The 30 acre community is well kept with lush gardens and tropical landscape. If you are there during the mango season, fresh mangos are fruitful by the Puamana office. For your recreational needs, Puamana has 3 pools, one pool overlooks the Ocean, and tennis courts.

The townhouse has a wide open and welcoming set up and is truly a place to relax and enjoy a vacation. Great open sliders open the entire wall space on the ocean side, which makes it seem like you are right on the edge of the ocean. The open view throughout the house allows the sun to shine in, whether you are in the bedrooms or in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a marble island and stainless steel appliances. You can cook and still enjoy the view of the ocean.

The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and overlooks the ocean. Slider doors open up to the lanai so you can bathe in the lounge chair. The master bath has an open marble shower with a jumbo shower head.

The 2 of the 3 additional bedrooms also have queen size beds, the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. The second floor bedroom has its personal bathroom and the attic has an additional bathroom with a marble shower and hand held shower head. One of the bedrooms in the attic also overlooks the ocean.

This is the most relaxing place to be.

Idyllic holiday property

This gorgeous beachfront property was perfect for 6 friends on vacation. Close to Lahaina but quiet and secluded. Beach access at our back door with a lovely lanai to watch the sunset from. (Swim shoes recommended due to rocks but swimming was great.) House was very comfortable and lovely. Well appointed kitchen was great for cooking up our Thanksgiving feast. Beds all comfy. Air con was appreciated (but it did struggle to cool down befrooms on top floor). We all agreed we woild love to return here.

Driving onto the grounds you knew you were staying at a place that was taken care of. The condo was well suited for our large family of 9. The townhouse was clean and well kept. The amenities were great. I really can't say a bad thing about the townhouse, we used the grill just about every day and enjoyed the beach which is really a short walk down the shore, you can enter the water directly out the back of the townhouse but the nicer area is a short walk. Kids enjoyed the use of the boogie boards. The view of the moon at night was one I will never forget, the sound of the waves coming onto the shore was comforting. I hope to come back and stay longer.

Awesome View in Paradise!

We spent 10 days in this beautiful condo with seven adult family members ages ranging from 26 to 76.The floor plan is great. All rooms are upstairs and kitchen, family room, and access to the lanai are on the main floor. Those who woke up early didn’t disturb the others. High end well stocked kitchen. Our favorite activity each day was having breakfast and dinner on the lanai. The ocean and stargazing are literally a few steps away.

We had a great experience with the reservation process and communication with property manager. We had a few minor maintenance issues and know they would have been addressed had we asked.

Some of the furnishings are a little tired and we would have liked a few more pieces of outdoor furniture off the master lanai, but the view, complex, and convenient location easily offsets any “negatives “. We would stay here again without hesitation and appreciate the owner sharing her property. Recommend Star Noodle in Lahaina! 😁 Aloha!

Great Location but in Need of Attention

This property is beautifully situated on grounds and a site that belongs on the cover of a magazine. For that alone, it's worth a stay. On the other hand, it lacks attention to detail including:

1) Delayed response rate from the property manager. (The internet went out during our stay and it took 36 hours to get a response. By that time, we had departed.)

2) Poor housekeeping. The showers, refrigerator, floors and windows had not been adequately cleaned.

3) Empty or non-working light bulbs and broken lamps.

4) Refrigerator does not keep food cold. (This, in spite of being cognizant of keeping the door closed.)

5) Few to no shower and kitchen amenities.

As a prior Airbnb super-host, VRBO/Homeaway host of multiple properties in California, and frequent user of these services, it would seem to me at this (or any) price point, these details should be attended to. It's apparent that someone needs to more closely monitor this property to help ensure that it gets the attention it deserves. It is indeed a lovely home and in a fabulous and family-friendly location. Attending to these details would put it into the 5-star rating it deserves.

Ideal location, spacious for our family of 7. Beautifully landscaped.

Website pics do not do the property justice. Puanama community beautifully landscaped.Ocean front location provides gorgeous views both in the morning and at sunse as well as starstudded night skies. Plenty of space for our family of 7 with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Top floor was warm in afternoons but cooled after sunset. Condo well stocked although could have used more towels as well as an iron and board. Short drive into Lahaina for dinners and shopping was easily done.

Grandkids loved oceanfront pool!

Just what the doctor ordered!!

This condo was perfect! The location is great, the community was nice and the amenities were spot-on! All services you might need are within a 10-15 drive. This includes food, medical, gas and beach rentals of all types and local shops for souvenirs, etc.

We had a party of 8 and all were comfortable during our week stay. The beach adjacent to the property was perfect for swimming and if adventurous, boogie/paddle boards.

Water shoes a good idea....

The views are spectacular, with two Islands ( Lanai and Molokai ) viewable from the back yard and very nice sunsets (condo on west side of Maui)...
