Modern Beach Condo has a sophisticated yet comfortable decor Including a 2-person day bed on the spacious patio overlooking the Sea of Cortez, perfect for watching sunsets followed by star filled skies! Also ,in addition to the 2 bedrooms, there are 2 sofa beds in the living room, 1 queen, and 1 full. When you are not enjoying the outdoor activities, We have a great selection of board games ( Mexican train is a real favorite!), and cards.

Las Palomas is simply amazingl with a lazy river, negative edge pool, swim up bar, Jacuzzis, Sandy Beach and the beautiful Sea of Cortez with its magnificent tide changes!

paradise!

Very clean, cute, modern and furnished nicely. Loved the double lounger on the patio to listen to the waves and the live entertainment at the swim up bar. Great resort with good food, fun cooking classes and many pools.

Amazing stay!

We came here with our 3 year old twins and 11 year old. It was the perfect setup for our family. This was a very clean and organized condo with every thing we needed, we will be back :)

Great Stay!

Great place! My teenage boys and I loved all of the space. Kitchen was well stocked and the view was spectacular. Loved drinking my coffee on the patio daybed in the mornings. Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo, and has everything you need and then-some.. the 1 thing I would recommend the owners add is a towel rack and restock the beach chairs (we could not find any during our stay, despite the vrbo ad having them included). will defiantly come back and stay here..!! we loved it.

Everything was good

All was well except for they need to train their employees on who dies and doesn’t get a wrist band. We were charged an extra 90 dollars Because they let one of our grandchildren that was two have one and he didn’t need one but wanted one and the lady at check in told us it was fine, when our late guest came that evening they charged him for his wrist bad and they wouldn’t not even discuss giving his money back

Please mop the floors

The floors insides were just gross, really dirty and made our feet so dirty walking around. Also the water pressure coming out wasn’t good. Other than that great place!!!!

Everything was wonderful and we would stay in this unit again in a heartbeat. The only thing that was rough was the check in process as the hotel was pretty understaffed at the counter. Everything else was A+!

Everything was so wonderful, and beautiful! The employees were so nice and helpful . We loved the quesadillas maker. We got some tortillas from the bakery at the local store, and some queso, and it was my family’s favorite go to. Kitchen was well stocked. Thanks!

The place was better than anticipated. Beautiful! Master bathroom was relaxing and the sunken tub made me feel like a queen. Nothing can beat the views on the balcony. It was an amazing experience for my family and we will definitely be back!!

Fabulous Girls Trip

My daughters and their best friends joined me for a long weekend getaway. It was exactly what we needed. The condo is perfect! Clean, incredibly well stocked with absolutely everything you could need and has amazing views. Coffee on the balcony each morning was food for my soul. The resort is very nice, the beach was beautiful and we overall had a great time. We spent one afternoon in town but decided we just loved the resort and stayed pool and beachside for the remainder of the trip. Service by the pool was excellent and their food was well priced and really good. We’d 100% go back and arrange our trip to stay in this condo again. It just made us feel at home!

So short staffed

We couldn’t check into our room until 10:30pm The staff there offered us food vouchers and my husband just had knee surgery and they wouldn’t accommodate him for food in a lounger outside. I then asked for luggage help that never happened... it was a joke. Then to talk with the owner I had to pretend to book another stay for any type of response. I requested a refund for that one night and haven’t heard anything. I won’t be working with this host again.

Beautiful Views & Right near Elevator

This room is well equipped with extra amenities you don’t normally find at other resorts. Washer/dryer, beach chairs & umbrella, balcony with daybed, table & chairs, and near elevator. Since only 8 rooms per floor, very little foot traffic near the room even though it is near the elevator. Will definitely choose this room again when we return

We met in Phoenix after escaping the cold of Michigan and Minnesota. We love the warmth of Phoenix weather, but something was still beach. After traveling to many beautiful places, including Tahiti, Turks and Cacaos, Cancun,and 3 Hawaiian islands. we decided we wanted to get to the beach more often. Having come to Rocky Point several times in the last 25 years, we decided Sandy Beach looking out to the Sea of Cortez would be the place for us. Not only is it only 4 hours away, but as beautiful a beach as any we have seen. Jacques Cousteau once described the Sea of Cortez as the "world's aquarium" and the "Galapagos of North America". We can’t say enough about the wonderful experiences we have had here. From whale watching to witnessing one of the most amazing tide changes in the world, being in Puerto Penasco has been truly life changing. We hope you will find yourself totally relaxed and in awe of the beauty you find here! .

This condo, located in the center of the ocean front Coronado building offers an unobstructed view of the Sea of Cortez. From our balcony you will see no other buildings other than Las Palomas. At night only the sea and the stars and lights of boats in the the soothing sounds of the waves!
