The condo was beautiful. I love the vibrant colors. Everything was super easy as far as booking and picking up the keys to dropping the keys off when we left (even though they were closed). Everything went very smoothly. We arrived early and had planned on picking up the keys and checking in after 4 pm (like it says to) but to our surprise we were able to check in early! My only complaints are that there was only one working elevator which made it harder for us when packing everything up and then back out before leaving at the end of our stay and that the dryer took a really long time to dry our clothes. In my opinion, these are two things are very minor and they would not discourage me staying here another time. We are a family of 6 and this condo was spacious enough for everyone. The view was very pretty- we were in room 501 W and it looked right out at the Gulf. The sunrise and sunsets were amazing. This was our 3rd time staying in Pensacola but our first time through this agency. It was everything we had hoped for. We will definitely be back!
Thank you for providing feedback in regards to your recent stay with us. We are sorry to hear about the elevator and dryer but glad to hear these were only minor inconveniences and appreciate you reporting them as we strive for the highest quality experience and care available. We are so glad you enjoyed the unit and we agree, the location and condo are beautiful and the views can't be beat! So glad you were able to catch some of our amazing sunrises and sunsets. We hope to be able to host your family again very soon!

Not the place I thought it would be. Outdated
The air conditioner on the balcony was noisy and blew out hot air. Was not enjoyable to sit out there. The sink in the bathroom leaked and the light wouldnt work in the bathroom and the furnace filter was very dirty, the carpet was not very nice.would not stay in that unit again. But the beach was pretty.it rained 3 of our 4 days and there was not much to do in Pensacola.
My family really enjoyed our stay. This condo is literally just a few steps from the beach.
We're glad you enjoyed your stay.

used. Much outside metal was rusted, floor and carpet felt oily; coffee pot a mess, broken furnitur
We went to your beach (7 hours from home) for "three days" to visit family coming down from Kentucky. Visited their 'townhouse' unit and was very impressed. The quality I expected for $300 per day. My condo unit 501W, was like an old beach motel unit. Just not impressed. We would not do the 7 hours again just to visit your place. However, your staff was very friendly and helpful. They don't know their directions (could not get GPS to find Pensacola beach...) so we flew blind the last few miles. Didn't realize we had two islands to travel; told the lady I was driving up and down Gulf Breeze, and she said just keep going north, I would see their sign on the left... You think I was lost! Just happened to see the sign to "Pensacola Beach", took it, and realized there were two islands. I would suggest in all the material you send out, send a little simple map from I-10 to the location of your office.
