Abby's Place est nichée sur un acre de terrain, à un pâté de maisons et demi de la rue Main. Retraite paisible minutes du centre-ville. Louez les 5 suites pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 18 personnes. Les suites 1-3 sont connectées. Les suites 4 et 5 sont adjacentes derrière. Chaque suite dispose d'une chambre séparée avec télévision et coin salon avec canapé-lit. Ameublement antique dans chacun. Suite 3 avec 65 "TV, cheminée, salle d'exercice, grande cuisine avec four double et coin repas pour 14 Terrasse arrière a une grille de propane, foyer au bois et moulin à vent.

This place was amazing!!! There is a separate building with 2 separate entries and they each have a little kitchen, living area and bedroom. Escape from the bachlorette for mom. The main house is enormous with another bedroom or sleeping area every time you turn a corner. The gathering spaces and privacy spaces are impressive. I could not recommend this place more! Absolutely perfect for a large group. We had 13 but more could easily fit.

Wonderful facilities

We had a business trip of 9 people. Everyone slept well and was comfortable. The large Kitchen/living area made for a great meeting space! Outdoor area was set up to relax and unwind. Close to downtown! 5 min Uber ride or a 20 min walk. Owner was very accommodating

The house is beautiful, comfortable and well-stocked. We were within walking distance of downtown. This was the second stay for our group of 10, 5 couples. We will be back!

Very Comfortable and room for our entire group.

We had a great stay at Abby's Place. Great communication with Ted and so many nice extras available. Big enough for our large group but nice separate spaces (bed & bathroom). Enjoyed the fire pit!

Perfect group lodging!

Stayed here with extended family for a reunion! So convenient for everyone to have their own private sleeping place, but also a large central gathering area. Cute and rustic. Amazing location right near everything and you can’t beat the price!

Lovely Stay in Fredericksburg TX

Lovely home in Fredericksburg, TX. Accommodations were great for 10 adults for one week! The only thing that kept it from being perfect was no washing machine and dryer. Highly recommend!

Great Place for large Group!

We had a wonderful time at Abby's Place! This property was perfect for our large group. We sat outside in the evenings and grilled after wine tasting all day. It was nice to be able to relax. Everything was very comfortable.

Couple weekend getaway

Great property located close enough to downtown and the winery routes for easy daily activities but still felt very private and secure. We had the entire property for 5 couples and it was a great time. Our host was very responsive for the one minor issue. Check in and out were simple. Would definitely stay again!

Fredericksburg family haven......what a great place to be with family!

This property allows everyone to be together, while providing enough space for everyone to have privacy and allowing everyone to separate to rejuvenate. Loved sitting around the firepit, enjoyed cooking on the grill and cooking in the large kitchen. Thank you for decorating for Christmas! We throughly enjoyed the weekend and look forward to our next visit!

My wife Leah and I have fallen in love with Fredericksburg and our Abby's Place! Suite 1 is a rock house built in the 1880s. Suite 2 was added on in 1920s. Suites 3, 4 and 5 were added in the mid 1990s and a bed and breakfast property was created on an acre in the heart of town. Lots of charm and comfort to start with and then we had such fun lovingly furnishing and decorating each unit with a different theme that seemed fitting.
The whole complex has 5 bedrooms (2 kings and 3 queens) with 5 bathrooms and 5 separate living rooms, each with a sofa sleeper. Plenty of space for those in your group to spend time alone or together. We have listings that allow you to stay in 1 suite or to rent several together for your group to enjoy time together. Look for our other listings! The whole complex sits on an acre with plenty of space to sit outside at night by the fire and gaze at the Texas stars!

Abby’s Place is conveniently located in town near the heart of the shopping but it sits on an entire acre of land with a windmill! We love sitting outside at night around the firepit. We are amazed at how many stars you can see in the sky even though you are in town. The trees provide shade during the day as you play horseshoes or washers outside.
