Private secluded feel yet close to all things Folly. Comfortable beds, beautiful spaces. I could live on the sun deck and screened porch - didn't want to leave! Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Wow! What a perfect place to stay! You are literal steps away from the beach, but it is also very private. Everything about our stay was so fantastic and I would absolutely stay here over and over again.

The view of the ocean was breath taking!!! We loved sitting on the back deck and in the screened in porch listening to the ocean. It was relaxing!!! The house was the perfect size for our stay.

Short but sweet get away!

Wonderful 2 weeks

We stayed in this house for 2 weeks in February. There was plenty of room for us all (there were 8 of us for some of the time), and our small dog. The bedrooms are small but comfortable, and the downstairs bathroom was renovated so it is even nicer than the pictures. The beach was amazing and just a few steps away. We had a few small maintenance issues that were handled promptly. I would definitely recommend this for a beachfront stay in Folly Beach!

The proximity to the ocean was amazing. It had Plenty of room too. The porches were so awesome, We did yoga daily on the outside deck🧘🏻. Folly beach is very quaint and super close to the house. We would like to see an upgrade on linens for the comfy beds. We will for sure rent this house again!! Thank you 😊

Brothers and sister meeting for the first time!!

It was the perfect house for my children and the grandkids! The weather was perfect and even though the corona virus caused all restaurants to be closed, it was so much fun cooking with family and playing lots of games as a family. We also had family portraits done by HannahLane Photography and she was wonderful!! This week meant the world to me, it couldn’t have been more perfect!

A Folly Christmas

The location of the property is terrific, very private! The porch and the deck had locks so we could keep our 3 year old grandson from leaving the house. The kitchen was very well stocked but the bathroom downstairs could use an upgrade. It is smaller than we thought and it needs a dining table inside.

We’ve stayed at many beach houses along the SC coast. This home was just as shown. A plus is the absolute privacy with private beach access. Really liked the screened porch area. Another favorite was the outdoor shower. Dunes Realty made our stay very enjoyable. They were very quick to reply to messages. Very good communication. We will definitely return.

Nice property that was not well maintained

This was a beautiful property and location. For the price we paid the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Property management was responsive but would like to have had it in better condition and not have to make requests and have repairs done while we were there.

Excellent beachfront location.

Really enjoyed the screened porch and deck. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked with plates, glasses, flatware and pots and pans but not kitchen linens or liquid dish soap. We did bring our own so that was ok. I would also recommend bringing liquid handsoap if you don’t like the bar soaps provided. Another great feature were the 2 outdoor showers. Overall we had a great time at the beach house and would rent it again when we return to Folly Beach.

Beautiful sunrise and moon views. Visited Island lighthouse and Angel tree. Found a shark tooth. Took great photos and loved the garden archway to the ocean.We put our children with an infant upstairs with kitchen. Us older folks stayed downstairs but it was a lot of steps to get a cup of coffee. Do recommend establishment furnish a small microwave, coffee and refrigerator downstairs or suggest visitors to bring your own.,we had brought a coffee maker and plug in cooler so that helped a lot for downstairs. We all had a wonderful time.
