Bienvenido a tu retiro de vacaciones en Isle of Palms. Ubicada a solo 125 metros de la playa, esta casa grande de siete habitaciones ofrece instalaciones tipo resort, con piscina privada, elevador, mesa de billar, mesa de futbolín, terraza en la azotea y excelentes vistas al océano.

El primer piso cuenta con una gran cocina con dos refrigeradores, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito, gran capacidad de almacenamiento, asientos en la barra para cinco y pisos de madera noble. Una mesa de billar se encuentra justo al lado de la cocina y se abre a la sala de estar con tres sofás de tamaño completo. El comedor tiene capacidad para doce personas cómodamente. Hay una mesa adicional que puede acomodar a cuatro comensales, o una mesa de juego perfecta. En el primer piso se encuentra un dormitorio grande con un baño completo adjunto. Una sala de lavandería de tamaño completo se accede desde la cocina.

El segundo piso cuenta con cuatro habitaciones, incluida la suite principal. El dormitorio principal ofrece una cama king size y un sofá cama. El baño principal tiene una cabina de ducha y bañera de hidromasaje. La habitación también ofrece acceso al porche de gran tamaño que da a la piscina y tiene vistas al océano. Great Property

Great Property, even better than the pictures. Mind you, we went in February, so we didn't get to swim or crank up the grill or anything so, we can't speak to that but our team loved every bit of the property and it suited our needs. We'd rent here again.

Great house

Loved this house and its location. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Nearby grocery store. The arrangement of the house fit our family perfectly. Only one suggestion that it would be nice to have 1/2 bath on pool level. Definitely would rent this house again.

Beach Trip 2023

Large extended family - mostly adults with two active children spent week at the beach and reconnecting in one house. Beds not firm like older adults liked, but house well appointed and lots of areas to go to be together - or for own space.

Very good location. Lots to do at house

Close to everything. Lots of extras left at house for beach use. Pool is a big plus. House is huge with room for everyone to have their space. Needs a little updating but overall a great experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again next trip to SC. Minor maintenance needed for door knobs, shower rods, fireplace, etc. Screen in porch makes it very cozy.

Disappointed

The home was stunning and our family had an enjoyable experience, however, during the lawn maintenance a driver side window was cracked. We contacted Carolina One as well as the lawn maintenance company. Both refused to help us in this matter because "cameras are not installed on the property." Being an owner of two successful businesses, I was very disappointed with the way this was handled.

Very frustrated with the experience. From the neighborhood construction, repairmen in and out for oven for 2 days, fridges missing shelves, toliets barely work, doors don't close. mold in shower. bunk beds duck taped. House is old. Needs work.

Family vacation of great fun!!!

We were five familied that included grandparents- four couples and 9 grandkids ranging from 3 to 22 years old. House was great with private baths for all the married couples and 8 bunkbed and a bath on the third floor. Plenty of seating both inside and out. We requested for the pool heat to be turned on so everyone could enjoy. The laundry worked out and we ended up not using all of the clothes we brought. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. We used disposable plates and cups but could have used the house dishware. Alot of games that kept everyone busy. Lots of local stores, shops, bars and restaurants and take out within minutes. Beach was great too. We rented chairs for the beach that were at the house when we got there. We used the wood walk entrance to beach near the VFW hall about a thousand feet from the house. It made it easy to pull the wagons. Neighborhood was beautiful, safe (young teens could go alone) and older ones could enjoy the night life, and everyone kept to the 10PM please no noise.

Great place for multiple families!

We had four families here with children ages 5-14 and had a wonderful time. Location is FANTASTIC. Walkable to beach, shops and more ... and a short drive to downtown Charleston or Sullivan's Island. The property itself needs a little updating, but was stocked full of everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation - multiple coffee makers/appliances/kitchen ware. We rented beach gear and bikes but didn't even need them because of the proximity of the beach and the beach gear that was at the house. Plenty of pool/beach toys/chairs and even a wagon. The porches were phenomenal and the pool was clean and perfect temperature. We had one toilet out of order and some lights weren't working, but our concerns were addressed fairly quickly by property management. One hazard to note is a ceiling fan directly above the bunk bed, which resulted in a trip to urgent care. I was assured it would be addressed for future guests. Thanks for a great trip!

Great Kitchen

This is a good house. It's close to the Windjammer and Saturday nights are a little noisy. But other nights are fine. The kitchen is the best stocked of any I've used (about five on IoP), with many useful tools (griddle, ice-maker, coffee and tea pots, a sno-cone machine, and an instapot). Beds are firm and everything works. There's even a second fridge right off the kitchen - essential for a large group. The management company is very responsive, even after hours. We really enjoyed the house and hope to stay there again.

Beautiful Area

This property was great for our family, it provided plenty of space so we were not all on top of one another. Very close to the beach and 1/2 hour ride into Charleston, if you are flying, rent a car, ubers are expensive. I would also say the house needs some minor repairs and just a little upkeep of the property, the grass was very long and was not mowed at all while we were there. Great space for a large family, there was 16 adults and 3 babies.

IOP family vacation

Great house with proper bedding for the 16 of us. The two rooms on the top level with 8 total bunk beds are perfect for kids. Extremely well equipped. Almost all small appliances are included. We’d give it a top rating in all areas.

Great house!

This is a wonderful property for a big group (we had 16). We would definitely come back. (The only minor negative is the music from the bar down the street on the beach. Most of us didn't mind but a couple of those who go to bed early did express annoyance.)

WONDERFUL VACATION FOR OUR FAMILY

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your rental. All family enjoyed a most beautiful home which had an amazing layout allowing our 3 grandchildren under the age of 2 to enjoy safe surroundings. Home included all amenities for family dinners and late night talks on the porch.We enjoyed the beach and downtown area at some of the most amazing restaurants just steps away from the beach. We only wish the yard was more attended too. The grass did not allow our little ones to run freely as there were too many weeds allowing for splinters on bottom of our feet. The pool could have been a little cleaner.

Fantastic family reunion

We brought 4 families together with 7 kids and this was the perfect place for our reunion. All the bedrooms were a good size and the main area accommodated all 14 of us without any difficulty! The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessities and the kids even managed to enjoy the pool despite the fact that it was unheated and very cold! Thank you for a great and memorable experience!

Location was great, the house itself needs a bit of a refresh (paint, etc). The double doors in the upstairs bedroom facing the beaches need to be repaired/replaced. Couldn't keep one set closed during heavy winds on Thursday. The recycle wasn't picked up on Wednesday and the trash wasn't picked up on Thursday so whoever stays there next is going to have to deal with that issue

Roomy Beach House Perfect for Large Groups

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Carolina Boulevard. The house was large and easily able to accommodate our group of adults. With 14 beds, everyone had ample space for sleeping comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary dishware and cookware to make large meals at home for 10+ adults. The pool was especially lovely. The beach was a close walk, although we were almost exactly equidistant from the access paths (which are on odd numbered streets). There are a few areas not entirely clean (kitchen wall behind the recycling bin, a bit of a musty smell on the top floor) and the house could stand upgrades in a few areas. The bar a few blocks over (the Windjammer) also gave extremely loud concerts several times a day over the holiday weekend which could be heard both inside and out of the house. Overall great experience minus a few small things.

Family vacation

Perfect location.Elevator was not working during entire week,would have been nice for grandparents and recent hip replacement son in law. Plenty of room for our large family.Kids and grandkids enjoyed the pool table and swimming pool.
