Mar e Campo Villa is the perfect villa for families or friends being located in peaceful Salir Do Porto and just 1.1km from the soft silver sands of Salir Do Porto beach.

The villa is divided in 2 floors and has been very well equipped and charmingly decorated. Bedrooms are arranged as 2 doubles and one twin bedroom. One of the double bedrooms is on the main floor and has access to the main terrace and the master and twin bedrooms are located on the first floor. Both bedrooms upstairs have en-suite shower rooms and access to private balconies with table and chairs for two. Up to 6 guests can stay in this property in all comfort.

On the main floor there is a wide and spacious open area, where lounge, kitchen and dining area combine to offer the perfect environment for entertaining your family and friends. The lounge has comfortable seating, TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, a variety of books and games and free Wi-Fi to keep you connected.

The dining table can seat 6 guests and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook your home-made meals.

The main terrace presents your own private heated pool, which is not a very common feature in this area, outdoor furniture for dining outside, a built-in barbecue and 2 sun-loungers. You will find two other sun-loungers on the balcony of the twin bedroom, which overlooks the pool. The owner has thoughtfully provided 6 beach towels and 2 sets of beach toys for children.

This is a fully air-conditioned property and the units have also the particularity of blowing hot air, making this the perfect holiday rental at any time of the year. Leider lief der Check-In nicht so gut. Wir sind am Ostersonntag angereist und offenbar lief die Kommunikation zwischen der Agentur und dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort nicht so wie es sein sollte. Wir standen vor verschlossenen Türen trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahmeversuche im Vorfeld. Die liebe Frau, kam dann und hat versucht zu retten, was zu retten war. Die erste Nacht mussten wir dennoch ohne Bettbezüge verbringen. Am Folgetag kam dann die Reinigungskolonne. Kann passieren. Die Ausstattung ist ok, könnte allerdings insbesondere in der Küche und in den Grunddingen verbessert werden. Lediglich ein einiges Weinglas war vorhanden und auch Toilettenpapier war nicht vorhanden. Am Ostersonntag war erst das gar nicht so einfach zu beschaffen :-/. Ansonsten ist es ein wirklich sehr schönes und modernes Haus mit einem schönen Pool. Aufgrund der Lage empfiehlt sich in jedem Fall ein Auto, schon allein um die Einkäufe zu tätigen.

We have had a lovely time - very clean - good communication

Thank you so much for letting us stay at your villa we have had a very relaxing time around the pool. It was great that you provided towels and linen together with hand soap and washing up liquid, some laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets all very handy. We were able to log into our Netflix account which was great for the teenagers thank you again xxx

As per the photos!! Excellent villa

Villa was amazing.. pool lovely and warm..one or two problems which were eventually sorted out.. location very good and resort not full of tourists! Minor request would be more English channels on the TV but not too important. Yes we would love to go back !!!
