About this property

New to our listings for 2020, 'Wisteria House' has been improved to a high standard by the current owners and is a premier property.

Having 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, lovely kitchen, spacious lounge, dining room, sun room, utility room and south facing fully enclosed garden.

With the added bonus of having 'Pets welcome', this is bound to be a popular property.

The house is set back behind a large hedge from the road, and is a short walk to local convenience shop, as well as Chinese, Indian, Kebab and Fish and Chip takeaways.

The Captain Howey public house & the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Miniature Railway are only a couple of hundred metres distant.

New Romney town with its shops and facilities is about half a mile away, as is the beach at Littlestone.

The property includes bed linen and towels in the rental, as well as gas and electric used.

In the rear sun room there is a log burner. Ideal to sit and relax, read a book, watch the kids playing in the garden.

There is outside table and chairs and BBQ, so you can enjoy the weather and chill during your stay.

Perfect Break

Everything we wanted on our doorstep. Great location easy to get to everywhere. Nice walk to the beach. Age ranges were from 18 to 82 and we all had a lovely time their was something for everyone.

Lovely spacious house. Seating in the lounge not enough for 8 people there was 5 of us and one had to sit on a dining room chair. Good location for exploring. Lovely safe garden for the dogs. Well equipped kitchen

Lovely house

Very comfortable, well furnished house which was perfect for us. The garden is secure, making it ideal for our dog and children to play in. Close to the beach, the Light Railway and plenty of other good locations nearby. The local takeaways are also excellent!

Lovely well equiped large family house.

The house is spacious and clean. Extremely well equipped for a large party. We had 4 generations staying for the week. House set back from road with lovely large secluded back garden. Would suggest adding high chair to inventory. Absolutely enjoyable place for us.

Great location for visiting this part of the Kent coast line

Ideal for a large family with 4 bedrooms, 2 x double & 2 x twins. Safe and secure garden so ideal for both our small children and dogs! Great location midway between Littlestone front and New Romney town centre. Would visit again. Only unusual thing is no keysafe so have to physically collect and return keys to the Agent's office in New Romney centre...not sure how late arrivals manage?

Very eventful stay

Lovely house with plenty of space for everyone. Very well stocked kitchen and lovely comfortable beds. Storm Eunice raged outside but we felt safe and warm in the house.

Great place to stay, room for everyone!

There were 3 adults, 2 teens & 2 dogs. Plenty of space for all of us & the garden was ideal for the dogs. So nice to have everything you needed in the kitchen & plenty of empty food cupboards. Would definitely stay again 😊

Great place for a large family holiday

This house was fantastic (five star) for our family and it was a bonus that we could also take our dogs. Close to the beach. The house was clean and well presented we had almost everything we needed. Thank you very much for having us. Plenty of room for all 8 of us, great sized dining room. To note, there were not enough cooking pots to cook for 8 people (pans far too small need a couple of big "stock pot" size pans). It would have been nice if there were some playing cards or games etc in the house. There isn't enough sofa space for 8 people to sit in the lounge (perhaps remove small table and add some extra arm chairs). No instructions to use appliances, hob took a bit of time to master. These are not game changers but would be nice as its a prestige holiday let.

Great house

The house was in a good position next to local shops and takeaways and the Dymchurch & Hythe light railway was a two minute walk away. The house was very spacious, ideal for three generations of family. It was equipped with everything you would need apart from the stair gate which was listed on the site but wasn’t in place but the agent soon rectified that and supplied us with one. The garden was ideal for the children being on the flat with no steps to walk up or down. I think the owners should list everything they have at the house as we took our own cleaning products, washing up liquid, soap powder, dishwasher tablets etc., but it was Already at the house so we needn’t have taken any. We left ours there. Overall a lovely house and I would definitely recommend.
