This comfortable and spacious property doesn't feel like a rental, it feels like home! This nicely appointed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home can accommodate up to 8 guests with the two sofa sleepers in the living room. You'll relish the abundance of natural light the living areas of this home receives. The large upstairs master suite boasts a very comfortable eastern king bed, and the two downstairs bedrooms have queen size Beds of equal comfort.
The Kitchen is spacious, with quality appliances and equipped with just about anything you need to host a large dinner! You'll love the balcony, open the slider and enjoy the ocean breeze! It's perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails while you're grilling on the full size gas BBQ! Add a two car garage to provide secure parking, it's like a 2nd home! This home is only .6 miles from "toes in the sand" at Oceano Dunes State Park. Walk down to the beach, turn right and walk north to Downtown Pismo. It's a nice walk, only 1.7 miles (don't forget to take your shoes off)! Rent an ATV and buzz around the dunes or spend the day wine tasting at vineyards in the nearby Edna Valley. Good for a larger family

We came for a Cal Poly graduation. Ages ranges from 7to 80. The house was very nice and the location to the beach and cafe/restaurants was perfect.

Pismo Dec Stay

The checkin process was easy and quick. The property was clean and they provided guidelines for everything we needed to know. Our only potential issue was that both of the sofa sleepers were broke and we were counting on using one. Issue avoided when one of our family members could not make the trip and we had enough beds to sleep in. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to Grover/Pismo beaches

The property was setup nicely. Kitchen was well stocked. The tv setup was a little confusing. Instructions would have been good. Also, electrical seemed to work better in some rooms. A bit of noise in neighborhood with cars. Overall, it worked for our needs.

Needs some TLC & a deep clean

The property was in need of some TLC and a deep clean. Once I was able to connect with the property management company, they assured me the leaky kitchen sink would be fix and the property would be cleaned again, thoroughly.

Last minute beach escape

The house was clean and very comfortable for all of us and we loved it s central location. It was a little shy on supplies. For a full week stay for 4 adults we were left only a couple of washing machine pods, 2 small bars of shower soap and only two beach towels, other than the very limited quantities for our stay, we enjoyed our selves

Birthday Getaway...

A few of my friends and family members came up for the weekend to have a relaxing birthday celebration. There was more than enough room for the 8 of us to spread out. We watched movies and played board games, and when we were ready to spend time at the beach it was only a 15-20min walk away. The kitchen was large enough to cook some great meals and bake some birthday deserts. Would definitely recommend for a group of adults who want a fun and relaxing weekend.

Grover Beach Home

During this whole pandemic our family and friends needed a weekend getaway. We loved the grover house. It was close to everything. You could walk, bike to grover beach if needed to it's only a 1/2 mile to beach. To go to downtown pismo is about 1 1/2. The house was very clean, lots of room for a big group. Equipt with everything your need for your stay even included a grill. This places was amazing. We will definitely be coming back.

Nice for fams

This was a good spot for our annual 2 family get together. Each family could take a floor and the kitchen had ample pots and pans for cooking. Appreciated the extra propane tank for convenience as well!

Perfect vacation house

I was very pleased by how nice and clean everything was. There was plenty of room for my family, including two young grandsons. Great location with easy access. The only disappointment was that the sofa sleeper was uncomfortable. We had a great time and will visit again.

Very nice and clean. Great location for everything we wanted to do.

We arrived late due to heavy traffic but keys were waiting for us. This is one of the best homes we have ever rented. Clean, updated, and nice neighborhood.

Thanksgiving worked !

We rented this property for Thanksgiving so our son and his family could join us . It was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal preparation. It is very spacious and close to downtown. We did have a small ant problem which we called about. The couch cushions should probably be redone as they were hard to get out off but very clean. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Great house near dunes

This house was perfect for our getaway, close to the beach and everything was very comfy. Only complaint is there was a bit of an ant problem - called management and they said this was a problem in the area not just the house. Other than that everything was great 😊

Great Place!

Brought my family here for a weekend getaway - this place was perfect! A nice open living room, with plenty of space throughout the house. Loved the location and neighborhood. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Will be staying here again.
