The Space:

This fully equipped, luxury two-bedroom, 10th floor condo is situated on the quiet, No Drive; portion of world-famous Daytona Beach. It offers spectacular views of the beach, Atlantic ocean, and Inter-coastal (Halifax River). There are not many other condos in this area which offer breathtaking views of sunrises over the ocean AND spectacular sunsets over the Inter-coastal.



The condo is in a well maintained building with extensive amenities including a private parking spot available and unrestricted parking if you have more than one car, a heated pool, tennis and basketball courts, gym, outdoor grills, and private beach access. This secret get away has been a long time favorite for experienced vacationers, those escaping the harsh winter months back home, and those looking for the perfect summer retreat.



The amazing views are the result of the 10th Floor perch above the beach and surf. Not to be missed.



This property is within walking distance to the locally famous Crabby Joe's restaurant, Boondocks Restaurant and Mad Dogs Surf Shop. Main Street Pier is located just 7 miles up the beach with everything from fishing to delicious meals including Joe's Crab Shack and Hog Heaven BBQ. Just north of that sits Daytona Beach Boardwalk, which is home to many boutique and gift stores, and home to the amazing Mardi Gras Fun Center amusement park.



This Property is just a short distance from many places to keep EVERYONE on your trip entertained. If you are interested in fishing charters check out On the Hook Charters. Food connoisseurs can be pleased with a great meal at OFF the Hook restaurant (prior Inlet Harbor) for great food and live entertainment, and at Pat's Riverfront you will get the best breakfast around (but bring cash because cards are not accepted). If you are a racing fan check out our neighboring NORTH TURN restaurant with evening live music and great memorabilia or Daytona International Speedway. Love the LOOK from a LIGHTHOUSE? Ponce de Leon Lighthouse just minutes away will allow you to see all of your surroundings after the short 203 steps (175 feet in the air) to the top or take a self guided tour through the history and grounds. Want to learn to SURF? Go to the nearby HO DADDY O'S SURF AND CREAM. This is a destination within itself and has the best surf instructors - this has been our go-to surf school for over 7 years. Wanna just rent a surfboard or SUP - you can do that too. (IF you don't know what SUP is then you need to check it out- Stand-Up Paddleboard!) And they have the best ice cream around!
