Enjoy the coastal and seaside views from the renovated and bright "jewel" located in the charming seaside New England town of Rockport on Cape Ann. The loft is centrally located is literally steps to the beaches, the Bearskin Neck cafes, restaurants, boutiques, art shops, and the Shalin Liu.

Enter through a private entryway in the back of the house. Located on the second floor, the loft has a stylish full size bed and a swiveling 50" Samsung Smart QLED 4K TV which streams complimentary Netflix and Hulu. Loft's living area has comfortable seating and a dining area can seat 2 comfortably. Enjoy books from our eclectic "mini" library when taking a break. There’s a good sized kitchenette featuring a microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, refrigerator and disposable plates, cups and utensils. The loft includes top of the line washer-dryer, high speed performance internet with strong wifi signal throughout, as well as central cooling/heating.

By booking you acknowledge that you have read & agree to comply with the rule set fourth below. Failure will result in being asked to immediately leave the property with no refund:

- Health or safety concerns: We do not allow pets of any type - including assistance animals. We have shared spaces where any animal may create a safety concern and advertise our properties free of allergy situations.
To prevent health or safety issues, we do not host guests with assistance animals.
Any pet or animal brought onto the property will result in a $500 fee and immediate removal from the property with no refunds of any rental fees paid.

- ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS (2 Maximum) in the loft and property premises. Additional charge(s) will be applied to the reservation PER unauthorized visitor REGARDLESS THE LENGTH OF VISIT. Guests, not listed on the reservation, are not allowed on/in property for any reason and will result in a fee of $100.00 per non-registered guest per violation. Any violation will require the entire party to check out immediately with no refunds.

- NO SMOKING, VAPING, E-CIGARETTES, MARIJUANA and any form of illegal drugs in the loft or on the property premises. We will know. Any evidence of their use on our property shows complete disregard for our rules and lack of respect for our home and will not be tolerated. ($200 minimum cleaning & deodorizing fee in addition to regular cleaning fee).

- The guest booking must have a valid and working phone number in case of being contacted prior to or during the reservation. The host will deem guest unreachable and assume the provided number is not valid or working after two attempts are made with no response from the guest.

- Laundry hours: 9AM to 7PM. Please do not use the machine outside of these hours as there is a chance that a vibration from the washing machine could be felt in other parts of the building. We aim to respect our neighbors.

- To help with cleanliness we have a NO SHOES POLICY please remove shoes upon entering the loft. ($50 minimum cleaning fee in addition to regular cleaning fee).

- Clean all sand off outside before entering the property. ($50 minimum cleaning fee in addition to regular cleaning fee).

- Guests are required to report any issues with the loft within 1 hour of their arrival.

- THE CLEANING FEE charged to you is what the cleaning company charges to us for a normal cleaning, which includes cleaning the bathrooms, floors, wiping down counters, finishing the linens and making sure the home is in a generally clean state for the next guest's arrival. Aside from the general cleaning it needs, you should leave the home in the same state you found it upon your arrival.

- Please make sure the door is locked when you venture out.

- Close the windows/skylights when you are away.

- If the trash bin is full, please bag it up and place it in the trash can on under the stairwell.

- Please be aware to ONLY throw away toilet paper in the toilet. Items such as feminine hygiene products, cleaning chemicals and food waste can be damaging to the sewer pipes.

- For everyones safety, please don't light candles.

- THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE, we cater strictly to mature adults and families.

- Check-out is 11AM unless agreed upon otherwise via VRBO messaging platform. A mandatory $75 fee for unauthorized overstay. If overstay exceeds two hours past checkout, guest is responsible for the daily base rate (without discounts) & does not award the possession of the property for the day of overstay. If guest wants to extend their stay (based upon availability), a new official booking will need to be made. If overstay causes a future reservation to be refunded or not bookable, guest is responsible for the full cost of reimbursement.

- Host bears no responsibilities for any accident, injuries or illness that you may sustain during your stay.
