Cette belle maison du Nord-Ouest a été construite en 2017, principalement avec du bois récolté de manière sélective sur le site de la propriété. Située au bord de l'eau avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de Westcott, cette maison de trois chambres et deux salles de bains est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de votre séjour sur l'île de San Juan. La maison se trouve sur une impasse tranquille avec accès à de nombreux kilomètres de sentiers bien balisés dans les réseaux de sentiers du parc national et de Roche Harbor. La Westcott Bay Oyster Company se trouve à 10 minutes à pied de la maison. Il y a des marches menant à votre plage privée pour profiter de l'eau et une porte qui aide à clôturer la clôture en daim pour protéger le magnifique paysage.

La spacieuse cuisine gastronomique est aménagée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour prendre vos repas en famille et entre amis. La salle à manger donne sur l'eau avec une vue magnifique sur le coucher de soleil. Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat avec accès à Netflix et d'autres options de télévision intelligente.

La chambre principale est meublée d'un lit king-size et de deux chaises rembourrées où vous pourrez vous asseoir et lire tout en profitant de la belle vue sur l'eau et du paysage indigène. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une baignoire, d'une douche à effet pluie spacieuse et d'un lavabo.

La 2ème chambre (lit queen) et la 3ème chambre (deux lits jumeaux) partagent une salle de bain complète avec douche à effet pluie.

Terminez votre journée sur la belle terrasse en cèdre en profitant d'un dîner barbecue en plein air entre amis. Les oiseaux de mer et la faune ne manqueront pas de vous plonger dans le style de vie relaxant des îles.

Il est courant que les gens jettent l'ancre dans cette baie, car celle-ci est bien protégée. Toutefois, vous devez être au courant des marées car le rivage peut devenir boueux.

La maison a Internet haute vitesse, une bonne réception de téléphone cellulaire et laveuse et sécheuse.

This is our second time staying at this beautiful cabin. We spent Thanksgiving here and it was very relaxing. Easy walk to the trail systems, Westcott Bay Oysters and can walk (or drive) to Roche Harbor.

Wonderful stay

We had a lovely time at this property. Access to the beach and sunsets are stunning. The house itself is beautifully designed and has everything you need. We were so grateful for the experience and hope to come back again next year!

Wonderful relaxing experience!

The cabin is immaculate, comfortable and quite luxurious. We explored the nearby trail systems, ate delicious meals at nearby restaurants and utilized the fully stocked kitchen. Will be back!

Oyster House is excellent!

This was our third time staying at this gorgeous home. Westcott Bay is gorgeous and peaceful with easy access to Roach Harbor, Friday Harbor and all the other fun things on San Juan Island. We will definitely return again and would recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy San Juan Island.

Beautifully Serene

The home was better than described, absolutely beautiful! It was warm, welcoming, and immaculate! A picturesque setting in a quiet and forest-like neighborhood, on the water and walking distance to the delicious Wescott Bay Shellfish Co. Yum! Beautiful and Peaceful

The place was spectacular for our Girls getaway. Impressed the moment we arrived. Gorgeous views, well appointed furnishings, beds were comfy, bathrooms and showers were clean, spacious with strong hot water pressure. We made dinner one night and the Thermador appliances were easy to work with. We’d come back here, highly recommend.

Spring Celebratory San Juan Island Getaway

This gorgeous home had an incredible view of the water and the house was comfortable for 2 couples celebrating birthdays. We enjoyed this quiet neighborhood and discovering the island treasures like Roche Harbor, local winery/brewery, sights, and restaurants. The only thing that needed to be looked into were the blinds in the bedroom closest to the kitchen, we wished they closed for privacy and blocking out the morning sun.

This home is amazing! Right on the bay with a gorgeous view, high end finishes on everything, breathtaking floors, top end appliances, this home was fantastic. Better than advertised! We brought our paddle boards and launched right in front of the house.

Beautiful, Quiet, and Relaxing

Very clean, quiet, relaxing and beautiful location. The view is fantastic. The home is just as advertised - clean, comfortable, and peaceful. It is located in a neighborhood, but you really feel like you are in your own little world. We enjoyed taking day trips around the island and then coming home in the afternoons to relax and enjoy the calm beauty. We don’t have anything negative to say about the home or surrounding area. Would highly recommend.

Peaceful family retreat away from home

We stayed at the Oyster Beach House in October, and had a wonderful stay! We sought wheelchair accessibility and child-friendly accommodation and were not disappointed. Each room had its own zone climate control, and the bathrooms had heaters so early morning showers were pleasant. The kitchen was wonderfully appointed, and the place was spotless. We made a couple inquiries with the rental agency and they were super quick to respond. The WiFi supported three adults worth of devices, and the house had a number of books and games for kids and adults alike. Will absolutely aim to stay at Oyster Beach House on our next SJI trip.

Restful retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Oyster Beach House was great for a San Juan getaway with our out of town friends. It provided a nice setting for a restful time on San Juan Island and the close proximity to Roche Harbor and Duck Soup Restaurant made it convenient to enjoy at our leisure. The main space felt spacious with the high ceiling, the house was clean and tidy and the waterfront location made for great viewing of tide changes and sunsets. My only question would be why so many requirements before checkout ie. loading the dishwasher, starting a load of laundry, stripping the linen off the beds etc. when a cleaning fee is added to the nightly rate of the stay. They don't have these at hotels.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great; this is the second time we have stayed at the property. The first time was amazing, so we were eager to stay there again. This time though, was a big disappointment. The house was infested with carpenter ants. There were ants in the kitchen, on the dining table, in the bathrooms, and in the bedrooms. Ants were crawling up our legs, and we had to watch our steps when walking around the house and, on occasion, stepped on a few.To make matters worse, the management company did nothing to help. We notified them of the issue as soon as we arrived, and their only advice was to put out ant baits (which didn't help). We were looking forward to a relaxing weekend on the island. What a big disappointment. We will not be returning.
