Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Fully enclosed back garden with lawned area, patio, bike storage, shed and furniture, the garden features a 6 foot high wooden gate and fence. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.2 miles. Note: There are steps in the back garden, please take care. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £200. Note: Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am
