About this property

LUNA - Modern townhouse with beautiful sea views and close to the beach. Free WIFI.

Welcome to this wonderful newly built townhouse one block from the sea in Can Picafort. It sleeps 6 guests.
Without a doubt, what stands out the most about this wonderful house are the outdoor areas. You can relax on the sofas of the main floor at sunset. The back offers a comfy patio where you can have lunch or dinner with more privacy. And the top floor has a wonderful terrace where you can sunbathe and enjoy the blue of the Mediterranean Sea.

The recently built house is divided into 4 levels. The main floor stands out for its open, modern and comfortable concept. The staircase to the upper floors separates the living area -with TV-sat, sea views and access to the front terrace- and the kitchen-dining room -with induction, AC and access to the patio. There is also a toilet on this floor. On the first floor we find 2 bedrooms with AC, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the floor. On the second floor we have the master bedroom with a double bed, AC, access to the private terrace and an en-suite bathroom with shower. On level -1 we have the laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A cot and a high chair are available on request.

The accommodation is located in a fantastic area of the island where, in addition to the sun and the sea, you can enjoy a great summer and family atmosphere. The area offers all the necessary services for your holidays and you will also find a wide gastronomic offer. The closest beach is Son Bauló, and Can Picafort beach is also nearby, both with turquoise waters and fine sand. There are many nearby places worth visiting such as s'Albufera, Alcúdia or Puerto de Pollença.

Moderne villa met alle comfort en mooi zicht op zee, net buiten het drukkere toeristische centrum van Can Picafort, wel enkele grote hotels vlakbij met constante animatie die gelukkig stopt voor 23u dus geen nachtlawaai. Authentieke bars met lekkere tapas op de dijk vlakbij de villa, ook mooie beschermde natuurzone op wandelafstand. Heerlijk snorkelplekje vlak voor de villa. De terrassen bij de villa zijn een echte meerwaarde. Enige minpuntje is dat de airco in de slaapkamer op de zuidkant tijdens ons verblijf onvoldoende bleek om de kamer koel te krijgen. De gordijn was in deze kamer ook niet groot genoeg om het raam volledig af te dekken, waardoor de kamer heel warm werd.
