Aloha! E Komo Mai (Welcome) to our beautiful luxury Beach Villa in Ko Olina on the island of Oahu and conveniently located just 25 minutes from Honolulu! We would love to have you come stay with us!!

Our fully equipped luxury 15th-floor penthouse is located in the Ocean Tower of the KoOlina Beach Villas. Our villa is spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 people (no exceptions). Gorgeous ocean and mountain views await you! The custom-designed Roy Yamaguchi signature kitchen offers Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, Wolf appliances, which add to the conveniences of a condominium vacation rental instead of a hotel room. We provide free high speed wifi, 3 large flat screen smart TV's in every room and other high-end amenities provide a lifestyle and vacation beyond compare. For your peace of mind, the property is gated and secured with 24/7 security. Our villa offers the best of both worlds: the view, the comfort, and the quiet tranquil retreat are just steps away from the beach, pools, and other resort activities.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has private access to a separate lanai with chairs to relax in. The en suite bathroom includes a soaking tub and separate shower, and a walk-in closet with a California closet system.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, full-size dresser, and a closet. The second full bathroom has a deep soaking tub and shower.

The dining room table seats 6 comfortably and opens fully to the lanai for more indoor/outdoor living space. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, 2 reclining chairs along with an ottoman that has a pull-out twin bed.
Amenities INCLUDED with your stay:
- We offer you a personal touch! Upon arrival, our property manager will welcome you, assist with luggage and parking as needed. They will escort and orient you to the Villa, the Beach Villas property, and all amenities. They will answer any questions you might have and will be your local on-site concierge.
- Reserved parking for 1 standard size vehicle. Additonal parking spaces can be obtained at no charge.
- Secure, high performance, unlimited wireless internet access, and cable TV.
- Graco pack 'n play and highchair and umbrella stroller are available in the Villa at no additional charge.
- Beach chairs, boogie boards, 6 beach towels, cooler, sand toys, blow up toys and a beach buggy to carry it all to the pool or lagoons.
- Starter set of supplies included for your convenience: laundry detergent, plastic wrap, baggies, aluminum foil, napkins, salt/pepper, local coffees/teas, dish detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, small bar soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags. You may find a few spices, and other useful items left by previous guests.

- Hairdryers (one in each bathroom)

On the Beach Villas property you will find:
- Four outdoor gas Wolf BBQ grills available from 12pm - 9pm. The grills are cleaned and maintained daily. Enjoy your meal at one of the nearby tables & chairs with umbrellas. Great ocean views!
- Exclusive beachside tiki bar.
- Access to 3 pools (a lap pool, lagoon pool, and kiddie pool with sandy bottom) and 3 hot tubs.
- Access to a private on-site state of the art air-conditioned fitness center (6am-9pm). Separate men’s and women’s dressing rooms with lockers, sauna, steam room, toilets, and shower. No extra fees are charged to use the fitness center.

KoOlina is a small resort community where everything is within walking distance from the Villa. The 4 pristine lagoon beaches are ideal for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, and are safe for children. Our Villa is on lagoon 2, which is the least crowded. Visit the famous Monkeypod restaurant, Roy's for those special occasions, or the KoOlina Golf course right across the street!
