Venez rester avec nous et détendez-vous! Bungalow confortable, rustique et élégant, situé à quelques pâtés de maisons du centre-ville. L'endroit idéal pour venir se détendre après une journée de randonnée "Les Trois Sœurs", de chasse, d'antiquité ou de visite des caves à proximité. Avant de vous retourner, dégustez quelques bières froides ou un verre de vin sous la terrasse couverte. Après une bonne nuit de sommeil, dégustez une tasse de java avec votre petit-déjeuner continental gratuit avant de partir pour une autre journée d'aventures. Dans ce bungalow d'une chambre, avec canapé-lit gigogne), vous trouverez des draps de luxe, une cheminée électrique, une grande télévision à écran plat, le câble, le WiFi, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une laveuse et une sécheuse et plusieurs coins salons à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur.

Amazing stay

This was hands-down one of the best vacation rentals I've experienced. On a holiday weekend and, unbeknownst to us, a weekend during the Kerrville Folk Festival, it was difficult to find a place for a weekend getaway that was both affordable and nice. This was both. Stay here, you won't be disappointed... we will definitely be back

I have stayed in rental properties from $50 to $1500 a night. The owner at this property has stocked the property with snacks, brochures, and food that is over the top. The efficient use of space is impressive. I required a unique parking situation, and it was accommodated without issue. When I go back to Kerville, this will be my preferred location.

Clair and her husband are the sweetest VRBO hosts I've ever met. The suite was super clean. All that we needed was provided, and more! We were very impressed with Clair's attention to details. We truly felt at home. The bed was super comfy, too.

Best Host we've ever had!!

Wow. Where do I start? My husband and I rode our motorcycle from Houston, a 4.5hr ride to Kerrville on Labor Day weekend. Miss Clair communicated with us before arrival and let us check in SUPER early. She gave us a tour of her place and omg it's even more beautiful in person. She has thought of everything! She had fresh fruit out for us, snacks, starbucks drinks in the fridge, milk, ice cream, cereal, literally everything. For people who ride motorcycles, you know what a big deal this is. We are light packers and being able to just show up here and not have to leave to bring back groceries is fantastic. It's a pain to have to leave and pack food in the saddle bags and she made our trip extremely easy! She even gave us the option of a late check out, which is really unheard of. Her place was close to everything. Breweries, museums, restaurants, bars, etc. This place is a literal dream for motorcycle riders! Miss Clair and her husband are also riders, so they get it! ;) Thank you so much for your hospitality, we will be back!!

Accommodating Host managed the property well, brochure advertisement was accurate, had plenty of extension cords for electronics, and host provided extra touches including continental breakfast for your first morning which was nice after a long drive, including farm fresh eggs. Was a delightful experience and VERY clean! Loved the grilling area, too!

Romantic Weekend

Claire is a wonderful host. The bungalow had everything that we needed and more. It was one of the best air b-n-b's we have stayed in. So if you are looking for a great, romantic getaway or just a quiet weekend, give this property a try, trust me you won't be disappointed.

Cute and Cozy

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay so much! The bungalow is adorable and super comfortable. Clair is a perfect host and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed slept great! We hung out on the patio a lot and enjoyed the outside. We were super close to quite a few restaurants and shops. When we are back in Kerrville, we will definitely stay here again!

First Bungalow Stay : Amazing

5 Stars doesn’t give this property the credit it deserves. 100 Stars is more like. Absolutely amazing. So much thought was put into this precious gem of a property. Great for a honeymoon or romantic getaway.

Super Cute and Cozy

My wife and I had a great getaway here for our anniversary. From the moment we walked in, our expectations were exceeded. The bungalow was super cute and cozy. It was also the most well-stocked VRBO we had ever been to--the host provided lots of food and snacks. Even with 100 degree temperatures outside, the A/C was very cold. We loved everything so much that we never left for the four days we were there. HIGHLY recommend.

Beautiful bungalow in the middle of town. Nice finishes and great Texas style. Plenty of room with fantastic hosts that were both welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend this spot!

Perfect Romantic Getaway

I can explain how much we enjoyed our 2 night stay in this beautiful bungalow! Clair went out of her way to greet us on Thanksgiving night, and even welcomed us with a warm hug! We felt right at home. These 2 ladies have thought of EVERYTHING! If you forgot it, they have it provided for you. They provided you with a sweet treat for breakfast and I was delighted to find FRESH, yes FRESH eggs in the refrigerator! Whenever we are back in the hill country we will be back to stay in the bungalow. The pictures truly do not do this beautiful place justice! Thank you ladies for your attention to detail and making our stay such a sweet time!

We have met the dearest, most wonderful guests/friends, a person could ever hope or dream for, by owning and operating our BnB‼️When we initially purchased this 1927 Bungalow (we think a Sears Roebuck catalog one) it was to be our office! We remodeled it at that time for that sole purpose and used it for several years! Then our daughter suggested turning it into a BnB - so here we go remodeling it again!
But that has been the very best decision we made, we have had the privilege of being able to meet the most interesting people from all walks of life and hope to do so for many years😉

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I mentioned earlier - this was initially purchased to be our office. But after a few years, things changed. The property is actually are part of a whole block, with 3 sides facing a street and we put in a private parking lot. Also we are situated just a few blocks from downtown - so very, very convent to most everything (restaurants, the Calioux, breweries, coffee shops, municipal golf course, River walk and much, much more)
Since we do have 2 corners, there is traffic noise when you are outside, but when you are inside it’s very muffled and the atmosphere is cozy/comfy!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

When you just want to get away and relax, see the Hill Country and have your own ‘me time’ - but you would rather not stay in a ‘cold’ hotel/motel setting OR you don’t need a ‘whole’ house type BnB - stay with us, because you can have a full private suite in our 1927 Bungalow home, with comfy Hill Country decor. We are also a great BnB for adult friends/family to get together, but still want their own ‘space’! Our main Bungalow has three completely private suites - each with their own bedroom, sitting area, bathrooms and kitchenette. But, when you want to visit, please take advantage and utilize the ‘Common Area’
