Stunning view, exceptional condo

The views from inside and outside the condo are beautiful—approximately 120 degrees. Well stocked with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Maid service each week was helpful, too. Beautiful beach for walking

Great location

Stayed a week over Christmas 2023, semi private beach, no fighting for deck chairs. Literally steps from bed to pool or beach or parking. So convenient. View was a million dollars! Very close to airport ,marina , Bucerias and romantic zone. No stress rental.

Fantastic Mexican Condo

We LOVED the Condo! It had everything that you needed to have a fantastic vacation! The decor was perfect! Loved the double day bed and the ground floor huge patio! Being right on the beach and having the pool was amazing! It could use a good cleaning, although Christina the cleaning lady was lovely, and did a good job, it just needs a thorough cleanup. Also, the location was a good hour walk to any beach restaurants. But we loved that it was so peaceful. Definitely would recommend!!!

We loved the location and the couldn't believe the view right from our patio off main living room and also the master bedroom. Owner was easy to work with, even had ice in the freezer as requested. Maid service was available, although we declined. The front gate attendant was very helpful arranging taxis and giving general information. The only issue we had was that there was no television in the main living area to "hang out" The only one was in the bunk room and it wasn't working. The owner sent over a Roku firestick but we did not feel comfortable setting it up. Loved our vacation and will be back!

Great location in Nuevo Vallarta, the view of the ocean was spectacular. Easy access to the beach and pool made this a perfect spot for our family vacation!

Fantastic property

This was a last minute booking when COVID took away a different trip. We have travelled to Nuevo Vallarta 15-20 times in the past. This property is fantastically located and really a gem. The condo is definitely aging, but it is aging well. Love the space, the location, the views, the sunsets, the staff…. Worthwhile to have a car. Got in great whale watching, fishing and surfing. Thanks for having us at this property. The hosts had abundant, clean towels for us, clean linens, kitchen had all we needed, ice in the freezer, soap and shampoo. Grill needs to be replaced. Kayaks, boogie boards available.

The view from this condo is amazing and the ground floor terrace is huge and just steps from the pool and the beach. This very well stocked condo has all the kitchen appliances you’d need as well as face cloths, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, 2 kayaks and boogie boards. We’ve already booked in for next year!

Vista is spectacular

Walk out the patio door and the view of the bay is wonderful. The patio faces west with full sunset views every night. This unit is best suited for those who enjoy quiet surroundings, well maintained grounds and non-crowded pool and beach areas. The beach at Quinta del Mar is pristine. The condo includes beach chairs, umbrella and water accessories. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware. One wall mounted TV screen was provided, no cable or satellite service was available. .

We have been traveling to the Nuevo Vallarta area for 20 years and this was by far the best place yet ! Lovely quiet pool and beachfront in a private and beautiful setting . Massive 3 bedroom clean and well appointed ground floor unit with 4 patios overlooking the ocean . We had cleaning services twice during our stay and the lovely ladies shone and polished the already spotless condo. The location is perfect . We love to walk , so we could walk to Bucerias every morning for coffee and walk to numerous restaurants in the area in the evenings . I highly recommend this beautiful condo .

We've been married for more than 40 years and are a hard working family, always very family oriented. We love morning walks on the beach when we are in Nuevo Vallarta.

We enjoy traveling with our family, love finding new restaurants, discovering new places, but what we always enjoy the most, is spending time together as a family.

Why they chose this property

Since we were there for the first time, we loved the place. The condo complex is relaxed, the beach is great and the views are wonderful. Every time we are there, we don’t want to go back. We really like it, it is so comfortable, quiet and relaxing, besides, everything we might need is less than a 5 minute-drive.
