Cosy yet elegant, the large outdoor dining area has a pergola that regulates the shade and the sun throughout the day.

A sister property to the larger Villa Thalassa, the living space of Charisma is over two distinct floors and features large “picture” windows that bring in natural light and offer impressive panoramic views.
The ground floor access opens to a spacious living room, with the eco-friendly fireplace at its heart. The open plan kitchen features practical Corian work surfaces and the latest appliances and incorporates an informal dining area.
A free-standing metal staircase leads to the master bedroom on the first floor where the en-suite bathroom and bath, and the large balcony and unique private outdoor seating space, allow you to gaze out over the bay.

Meanwhile, the ground floor double/twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a walk-in spa shower area has a separate entrance with large doors opening onto the terrace.

Villa Charisma Configuration:
Sleeps five guests, with one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, ground-floor guest bedroom (with double bed which can convert to twin beds) with en-suite and one sofa. Separate washroom, open plan living, dining and kitchen area.

Property Location:
Facing north, the villa Charisma is set in rural hillside surroundings 2km from Kissamos town, 500m from the closest shop, 1km from the closest beach, a 20-minute drive from the regional capital of Chania and 55km from the airport. Other villages, beaches, and attractions are an easy driving distance with hire car.

Charisma Pool:
The swimming pool of 32 Sqm can be heated by a Pool Heat Pump at about 28°C depending on weather conditions. Pool heating is 420 euro per week extra (extra charge applies for higher temperatures required). We request three days advance notice for this facility. A pool cover can be provided and can be used to achieve best pool heating effect. Min use is 5 days.

Services:
A standard welcome pack is included. Our daily hosting services from our villa manager includes information, guidance, advice, restaurant booking and taxi booking, doctor on call, housekeeping with house cleaning every other day (except Sundays), towels changed twice weekly and linen every 3 days.

Extra Services:
Airport transfers, private boat trips and individual guiding on specialist trips can be arranged.
