NEW TO VRBO FROM JUNE 2022 THOUGH ALREADY AN ESTABLISHED AND VERY POPULAR DESTINATION FOR OUR MANY VALUED REPEAT VISITORS, VILLA CORALIE IS A SECLUDED 2-BEDROOM DETACHED PROPERTY IN CORAL BAY WITH MANY EXCELLENT FEATURES!
THE LOVELY GARDENS ARE NOT OVERLOOKED AND INCLUDE A GAZEBO AND SWIMMING POOL (8M * 4M) WHICH CAN BE HEATED IN THE SPRING / AUTUMN (extra cost). THERE ARE IMPRESSIVE VIEWS OF THE SEA AND HILLS (BEYOND PEYIA) FROM THE REAR BALCONIES. THE VILLA HAS A WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN WITH FRIDGE /FREEZER, OVEN & HOB, WASHING MACHINE, DISHWASHER AND MICROWAVE. THE KITCHEN DINING TABLE SEATS UP TO 6 PEOPLE. WIRELESS INTERNET IS INCLUDED AS IS AIR-CONDITIONING AND A TV WITH A STREAMING BOX WITH 100's OF CHANNELS INCLUDING MOVIES & SPORT PACKAGES (INC PREMIERSHIP FOOTBALL).

THE VILLA HAS TWO BEDROOMS, A DOUBLE WITH AN EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM AND A TWIN BEDROOM (WITH 2 SINGLE BEDS). THE VILLA ALSO HAS A BLOW-UP AERO BED WHICH IS SUITABLE FOR A CHILD TO SLEEP ON AND THERE IS ALSO A SOFA BED IN THE DOWNSTAIRS LOUNGE, WHICH IS SEPARATE TO THE KITCHEN. THERE IS ALSO A MAIN BATHROOM, WITH BATH & SHOWER ABOVE PLUS A DOWNSTAIRS CLOAKROOM WITH WC.

THE NEAREST SUPERMARKET (PHILLIPOS) IS A 10 MINUTE WALK, THEY CAN ALSO DELIVER TO THE VILLA.

Lovely villa in nice quiet location but close to local amenities. Pool is a good size and outdoor area really good space.Stayed for 14 nights with my husband and 2 children.10 minutes walk to the beach but quite steep on return so the car was useful. Plenty of parking at the beaches. Villa managers were easily contactable, we had a minor issue which was resolved in the day. Really enjoyed it and would stay again.

Beautiful Villa

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful villa and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The villa is equipped with everything you need and is a perfect location. It is just short walk to the beach, Coral Bay strip and the local supermarket. The views from the villa are amazing! We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Gorgeous property in a lovely quiet cul de sac. close to Coral Bay . The info we received beforehand from Richard was clear and easy to understand. And had lots of hints and tips We booked through the website which gave us the option to pay off the booking in installments. Villa was lovely and cool spotlessly clean. With everything you needed And it was nice to have loo roll kitchen roll and cleaning products supplied. Bathroom Towels were provided but we took our own beach towels. The air con was a bonus in all rooms and easy to use. We had a regular visit from Tommy the cat. But he was well fed by the local community over the road each day. Communal Bins located close by for convenience and collected weekly. Pool guy came 3 times during our stay. Beds were comfy and there was a linen change during our stay too. Washing machine usefull. Patio and pool area lovely and the lounge was comfy if you wanted to sit and watch tv. We had a lovely stay here and would recommended to others. We hired a car but it was a short stroll up to Coral Bay.

Great villa and location

Great holiday from start to finish the pictures dose not do the villa justice and the villa well equipped with all you need for your holiday lovely pool and can be heated for the start of the season which was great. the garden looks fantastic and at night when all the lights are on. 10 min walk to the beach shops and to the well stocked Super market which will deliver to your Villa and take you as well so no car needed Bus stop close and cheap to go places we would recommend and will be going back

Absolute hidden gem

Our stay at villa Coralie was amazing. It is one of life's hidden gems. From arrival to departure our holiday could not have been any better. On arrival you open the patio door and you are greeted by the Mediterranean just a stones throw away. Excitement continued as you knew for the next few weeks that was going to be your waking and ending view. Also interupting the view was the pool which was so welcome on those hot days. And to be honest was every day😊😊. The villa has everything you need for a holiday. The only thing you have to supply is food, pool towels and swimming costumes. The villa is well equipped with everything you need. Microwave, cooker, washing machine, dish washer and fridge. The cupboards are stocked with all the necessary cutlery and crockery you need. Bed linen and towels are changed half way through your stay. The best thing was the water pressure inside and out. I don't believe we have ever had such wonderful water pressure when showering. This was worth the money on its own. The well kept gardens were a bonus when eating meals outside. The wonderful wildlife and of course the wonderful friendly Tommy the ginger cat. He is so friendly and loud but just wants company and stayed around the villa and kept guard😉. I can only say this was a wonderful holiday and we have already booked to come back in 2025. The villa and everything Richard supplies cannot be faulted. It is a wonderfully quiet retreat and everything you possibly dream of.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war super Wir haben dort wunderschöne SonnenaufgĂ€nge beobachten können und haben die Ruhe im großzĂŒgigen Außenbereich mit Pool genossen. Die StrĂ€nde sind fußlĂ€ufig gut zu erreichen (15-20 Minuten). Großer Supermarkt in gleicher Entfernung. Die Kommunikation zu Richard und seiner Vertretung vor Ort war einwandfrei. Sehr zu empfehlen. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis.

Beautiful villa in superb location.

Extremely well equipped villa in a peaceful setting. It was ideally located for us as we didn’t need to hire a car - beaches, all amenities within walking distance including supermarket with free delivery. Pool area has good degree of privacy and sea views. Lovely to watch the sunset from the balcony in the evening.
