This villa enjoys glorious views of Kalkan Bay from its advantageous position in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan. This stylishly finished villa comfortably welcomes 8 guests in its 4 en-suite bedrooms.

It is a 15 min walk down into town, or a 5 minute taxi ride, to the shops, restaurants and Thursday market, and not much further to the harbour and beach areas. A great location if you want some peace away from it all, but with easy access to all the pleasures Kalkan has to offer.

The elevated position of the villa ensures sea views from every room and contemporary, stylish interiors with large glass windows create an airy and bathed in light feel throughout the living areas.

Outside is a spacious pool terrace, with good sized private pool and shaded al fresco dining area complete with BBQ. As if this is not enough, the villa has a stunning roof level balcony area complete with jacuzzi hot-tub. Add in air-conditioning throughout and free wi-fi and this villa offers the perfect family holiday escape.

Ground Floor
The open plan ground floor comprises a large lounge with a comfortable large L shaped sofa & TV, a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, well connected to the exterior areas via large sliding windows. The tasteful decor is beautifully enhanced by splashes of flattering colour in the soft furnishings and plentiful wall art, creating a distinctive and sophisticated holiday retreat.

The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and bar stool seating. A water cooler, fridge freezer, luxury wine fridge, built in oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and cafetiere are also provided (the washing machine is located in a cupboard under the stairs) There is a separate seating area to the side of the breakfast bar with swivel armchairs. Glass sliding doors lead out from the kitchen area onto the pool terrace.

There is also a cloak room and W/C on this level.

First Floor
Stairs lead up to the first floor and large landing with a seating area. On this level there are three bedrooms – two spacious doubles and a twin bedroom, all of which have their own ensuite shower rooms. Both double bedrooms have sea view private balconies, furnished with a table and chairs (bedroom 1 also has an egg chair on the balcony). The twin bedroom has an ensuite shower room with W/C.

Second Floor
Bedroom 4 – The master bedroom suite occupies the whole of the top floor, with a double bed and en-suite shower room. The room has direct access to jaw-dropping sea views from the private furnished roof level balcony, with its own sun loungers, and two comfortable rattan ‘egg’ chairs.

Roof Balcony
The roof level balcony is in two sections, one part private to the master bedroom, the other has its own entrance for all villa guests. In this area you will find its own bar, comfortable seating and a wonderful jacuzzi. Little can top watching the sun go down with your glass of something chilled, a jacuzzi and a stunning view!

Outside
The outside spaces are well thought out and ideal for summer living. There is easy access to the large private pool via the roman steps in the corner. It is surrounded by plentiful sunbeds and parasols for soaking up the rays.

The generous al-fresco dining area is covered with a shady pergola, and another comfortable seating area is located at the edge of the pool terrace. There is a BBQ and a table tennis table located to the side of the terrace. The property perimeters are planted up with a selection of plants & shrubs to provide some natural feeling freshness.

The villa has plenty of on-street parking just outside the property, but it is worth being aware that there are a number of steps down to the villa level, so may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
