Just 15 minutes from Disney our luxury villa stands on a larger than average plot on a spacious development. Recently remodelled with new kitchen and guest bathroom and decorated throughout. Private sunny pool not directly overlooked with a countryside view. Hgh standard villa with games room making a perfect holiday retreat.
Our luxury villa offers everything you will need for your holiday of a lifetime, including all the 'little extras' to make it your home from home in the sun - we know you will enjoy it just as much as we do!

The villa offers:

Private Sunny Pool - which is solar heated at no additional charge. Lovely sunny pool deck with comfortable reclining chairs, table and umbrella. BBQ. Not directly overlooked with views to open countryside.

2 large Lounge Areas - cable TV including Sports in each - large screen 4KTV in both areas. The main living area offers internet TV for Netflix, Prime and more

Free Internet Access.

Games Room - Pool Table, Foosball Table, Table Tennis, Air Hockey, Darts, Board Games, Table with seating for six.

1st bedroom - Spacious Master bedroom with superking bed (6' American king bed) and walk in closet. Cable TV and large en suite bathroom.

2nd bedroom - With American queen bed (5')

3rd bedroom - With twin beds.

Cot/Crib and high chair available if required.

2nd bathroom with bath and shower.

Spacious Dining Area - seating for 6.

The house was easy to get to and check in process was simple. Management responded quickly to a minor question we had and issue was resolved almost immediately. The private pool was a treat to have and there was plenty of living space to hang out and spacious a kitchen to cook in. Newly refinished bathrooms were great.

Lovely property

Lovely villa in a really good location on a quiet residential development. Spacious and well furnished with the large en suite bathroom being particularly noteworthy. Nice pool area with plenty of seating. Owner was very helpful and responsive by proactively getting in touch very soon after booking and answering a couple of pre travel questions very promptly. We had a lovely stay and happy to recommend.

My family and I stayed during December, 2022. The house suited our needs. It was beyond clean and the owners were VERY prompt in responding to our concerns or questions. The bathrooms and kitchen are a bit dated, but very clean, as noted previously. Neighborhood is quiet and my daughter and I felt comfortable enough to run it during our visit. We would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Great find, comfortable, clean and convenient

We spent 11 wonderful nights at Alma & Peter's villa. Although the pool area was dirty upon arrival, a quick message to the owner and management company resolved the issue promptly. The recent rain likely contributed to the problem.The villa is situated in an older development, and while some neighboring homes appear neglected, recent storms may have taken a toll. However, Alma & Peter's property shines with well-manicured gardens and a lovely outlook from the pool. The peaceful atmosphere makes it perfect for relaxation.The property is clean, well-equipped, and ideal for a family holiday. Local supermarkets and bars are conveniently nearby. We found Uber rides to nearby attractions, like Millers near Champions Gate (10) and Charlie's Steakhouse near Celebration (20), to be reasonably priced.We recommend this villa and would definitely return. It comfortably sleeps six people, making it perfect for families or groups. The management company was professional and courteous, introducing themselves during their visit to address the pool issue.While some furniture showed signs of use, the villa felt cozy and lived-in. It's clear there is a balance between comfort and respect for the property.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Your review is disappointing. The kitchen and guest bathroom have recently been completely remodelled and the house has been redecorated throughout. We have many satisfied guests, which has resulted in lots of rebookings

The villa was very clean and great views from the pool area.Well stocked with good games area. A good location close to the I-4 and Disney as well as Champions Gate. The hosts were very informative with good maps and all relevant info. I would certainly stay again as the rates are very affordable and includes pool heating.Overall a very good holiday
