Relájese en un hermoso condominio cerrado en St Augustine Beach.

Hola estamos a estrenar VRBO y le damos la bienvenida a nuestro condominio hermoso alquiler en St Augustine Beach.

En primer lugar, somos nuevos propietarios y amueblado nuestro apartamento con nuevas camas, TV, y un cómodo sofá de cuero que se pliega en una cama con un colchón de espuma de memoria.

Este cálido y acogedor 3 º piso unidad en el edificio del patio con jacuzzi al aire libre está bellamente decorado con un tema de playa. Tiene azulejos de cerámica en todas partes, nuevos tocadores de baño de granito y nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable en la cocina. Hay 3 televisores de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD, cable, teléfono y WIFI gratuito.

Este condominio cómodamente dormir 6

Condominio # 2303 tiene 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. El dormitorio principal tiene una nueva cama king size cómodo y TV de pantalla plana. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y TV de pantalla plana. Ambos dormitorios tienen un montón de cajones y el espacio del armario.

La sala de estar tiene un nuevo sofá de cuero extraible con colchón de espuma de memoria revalorizado.

Los asientos de comedor abiertos 6 con asientos.

La cocina está totalmente equipada y tiene nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, microondas, máquina de hielo, tostadora, licuadora y cafetera.

¿Necesitas ir en línea? Hay conexión Wi-Fi gratuita y una estación de trabajo para su portátil y 2 puertos de carga USB.

También tiene acceso privado a la famosa calle Augustine Beach con una rampa de fácil acceso. Disfrute del patio tropical jacuzzi a pocos pasos de su puerta, 2 piscinas (una de ellas se calienta durante los meses más fríos), y canchas de tenis. Además, la propiedad tiene una vivienda en casa de la puerta con un Oficial de Servicio Comunitario de 24 horas.

La propiedad también está a pocos minutos de tiendas de comestibles, restaurantes y tiendas. Estamos a 6 millas de la histórica St. Agustín.

Great location

We had a wonderful visit to St Augustine! The beach was a very short walk from our condo.The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed and more :)We plan to return!

Wonderful beach access

The location cannot be beat. Overlooking the main pool and close easy entrance to the beach. The master bathtub could use some work and was dirty on check in but the rest of the condo was spotless so nothing worrisome. The property was great for our vacation and the on site amenities are great. There is no elevator and it’s the third floor so be prepared to get your steps in! The owners are quick to communicate and provided great instruction in a timely manor!

Beautiful, comfortable and clean

Our family enjoyed our stay because it was spacious and we had plenty of room for four. It was perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. The owners were great with communicating information by being clear and concise before our arrival. The condo had beach supplies which was so convenient and allowed us more room in our car. Everything you will need is provided in the condo for cooking. The beds were comfortable and our kids enjoyed having a TV at night in their room. We enjoyed having a hot tub close to our room. The pools were also close to our room which was nice. Using the door code to access the rental was very easy. We liked having our privacy and it was quiet and perfect for families.

Peaceful and cold

Property was as advertised. Weather was not very cooperative but that has nothing to do with the unit. Managed to get in the heated pool and do some laps without company. Lots of good food nearby. I would put a longer mat in second bathroom tub. Almost slipped a couple times and I noticed the towel rod in the tub is gone.

We liked having a lot of amenities and this was also unique. We didn't like having to use the stairs without having an option to use an elevator due to our mother's are senior's. If we would've known that previously we would have chosen a downstairs condo. My seventy year old mom slipped and almost fell. Anti-slip tape needs to be added to all stairs. And make sure this is expressed in the details of the upstair condos! Signs are posted at the property only. Also, the sofa-bed was uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Other than those things, the condo was equipped with more than most condos! Just bring your clothes and food only. That's all you will need! Thank you Jeffrey for everything! We did enjoy ourselves!

Just as promised

Great location with relation to stores, beaches or anything else you needed. Easily walked to the pier looking for shells. Clean unit, owner was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Property was very nice. Condo was clean, kitchen was well stocked (other than teaspoons) we didn’t cook during this vacation, even though we usually do. Towels/Linens were nice. They provided beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. Owners are very friendly. We ask to stay and extra day about a week before we visited and they were able to arrange that for us, with the cleaning crew. All in all great little place. We would visit again.

If you have any kind of handicap this is not the place for you.

An elevator or no elevator should be in the description of this condo. Having 3 back surgeries it was difficult getting up the amount of steps to the 3rd floor.

Very nice place, floors were a little dirty.

Great bed and linens. Full kitchen( Need teaspoons) tv needs a new remote, great access to the ocean on a beautiful beach. Three story walk up was only downside.

Beautiful condo in a quiet area close to beautiful beach

Beautiful condo in a quiet complex with a 2 minute walk to the beach. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. The pool is gorgeous and the grounds very well taken care of. Downtown to historic St. Augustine just a short ride away. We really enjoyed our stay!

Stay Near The Beach

The property was in a great location. It needed a little updating. The ice machine did not work well. But , on the whole, it was good. Kitchen was well equipped and the unit was very clean. The hot tub in the building worked the first day but did not heat up the last few days. We did report it to the office and we’re told we could use the hot tub in any other building. We did enjoy the stay and the location was very convenient to the beach and restaurants. We also appreciated the security at the complex.

Great anniversary trip

My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary/late honeymoon. We loved it! The location was very convenient, as we went to downtown St. Augustine everyday. It was very nice to have a private beach access from the condo. It was also a plus with it being a gated community and having a guard there 24/7. The condo is just as described in the listing and photos. It was very clean and had all the essentials we needed. Perfect stay for a couple or small family.

Relaxing in St Augustine

The resort is well maintained and beautifully landscaped. It’s a nice quiet area with two pools and direct ocean access. The unit we stayed in was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The location is very handy to many of the local beach bars and restaurants and not too far a drive to the old town with its many attractions and restaurants.

Family vacation in St. Augustine

The condo was in a great location. It took less then 10 minutes to drive into downtown St. Augustine. The condo is a short walk to the beach and pool. The condo building was quiet. The inside was clean and nicely decorated. We had all the items needed for our stay. Our family would definitely stay here again.

We purchased this Condo with the hope that we can help share the beauty of St Augustine with you.

As locals we know all the great restaurants and places to go. We love Old Town and urge all our guests to get up there for at least one day to enjoy the history of the oldest city in the USA.

You will love this Condo because of its private beach entrance, and its proximity to great restaurants, shopping and of course, Old town St Augustine.

The most common compliment we receive from previous guests is how modern it is compared to other Condos in the resort. If you like a cheerful beach decor you will love our condo. Also, we replaced the standard slow WiFi common in the resort with high speed Xfinity so you will not struggle online with slow connections.

To those of you considering St Augustine as a vacation spot, we guarantee you will love this place. So much to do and a great place to relax.

We fell in love with this condo because of the upgraded features and you can't beat a short stroll to our gated private beach entrance.

The Condo has been decorated in a beach style so you can fully enjoy the Salt Life!

Off course having a heated Jacuzzi in the courtyard of our building is a great way to wind down after a day at the beach or walking around old town St Augustine.
