Located upstairs on Main Street in Mendocino, this brand new contemporary apartment has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with shower and a private deck looking right out onto bay and ocean. Unbeatable location, walk to shops, restaurants and the beach.
The front bedroom has a queen size bed, french doors that open onto the balcony, a 40" smart TV and 2 closets. The rear bedroom has a queen size bed, smart TV, large closet and a beautiful sitting area with a day bed.
The gourmet dream kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining, the food lovers dream! The spacious kitchen opens into the living room and has a fantastic view of the bay. Living room features a large smart TV, french doors to the deck, a romantic gas fireplace and plenty of comfy seating to relax and take in the amazing view. The apartment has lots of windows, tall cedar ceilings and heated floors in the bathroom and kitchen.
Sit out on the deck and watch the sunset, look for spouting whales and take in the beauty of the ocean. Front row seating for all that Mendocino has to offer, whether it's the Music Festival, Film Festival or the 4th of July Parade, you will be in the center of it all! Walking distance to everything in town, this is the perfect location for your getaway and the perfect spot to come and relax after a full day of adventure on the Coast.

Dreamy Oceanside escape. What a wonderful place for our girls weekend getaway. The location was absolutely perfect, we walked everywhere- to the headlands, the beach, the amazing local restaurants and coffee shops. Mendicino is paradise! Everyone was so friendly. The field in front of the house was prime birding. The house itself was perfect- cozy cozy beds, great kitchen, great TV. Loved tea on the balcony for sunrise and sunset. Will definitely be back!!!
