We loved everything about this house. It’s so “Gunnison!” The river is just the frosting. If we needed something, it was there. We loved the large dinning table and kitchen. Drinking a glass of wine with my family under the aspens while watching my son in law fish in the river after a day of hiking, etc. Perfect!

The house has everything needed to enjoy a few days or longer. The house was clean and well taken care of. The beds and bedding clean and in excellent condition. I loved having the washer and dryer to use . The outside area is perfect for warm evenings, the deck was oversized for guests. This is a cabin home, quiet with an excellect homey feel! The perfect cabin getaway

Me and some friends stayed for the whole week of spring break, and the house had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the entire cabin was great and Alaine’s professionalism really made this first time VRBO experience phenomenal. Right off the river, right outside of town (couple mins), has the camp fire and everything! Highly recommend choosing this cabin over others and was a lot more cost effective than a hotel. Once again thanks Alaine for a great experience! 5 stars!
