Great location close to Gunnison and on the river. The cabin has a quaint feel with nice uodates in the bath and kitchen. Loved the hammock in the back yard. Very relaxing! A bit close to a major road so there is road noise. Host was very helpful and available when needed. We enjoyed our stay.

The home was well kept, and in a beautiful location. The host was super friendly and very communicative. We were within 30 min from Crested Butte, and close to some stores so you are definitely able to get your essentials and food in the area. We would love to come back to this location in the future!

Charming cabin with lots of natural light off a quiet road and looks out onto the Gunnison River about 2 miles north of town. River access was great, yard was lovely, and getting to stores in town as well as up the mountain to Almost and Crested Butte was convenient and easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon!

We loved our stay! The cabin was equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and there was enough room for our family of five. The kids enjoyed the chest table and corn hole. We enjoyed every evening sitting by our propane fire pit by the river since there was a fire ban. Alain was was very helpful throughout the stay.

Wonderful property with beautiful back yard that backs up to the river. Clean, quaint and a perfect mountain getaway. Host communication and friendliness was outstanding.

We really enjoy Alain as a rental host. He is great. Comes over anytime he is needed to fix something and is more than accountable. He is a real keeper.This is our 3rd year renting for a month but to be real honest the house needs a lot of maintenance and updating. Also as cheap as televisions are these days it is totally ridiculous to have a TV the size for a kids room in a large living room. Needs new towels and sheets too. Using kitchen towels for hand towels in the bathroom is unacceptable.The best thing going for it is the property on the river. Sad to say if we come back next year we will be finding a different house.P.S. The leaves were beautiful in Crested Butte this year. (2nd week of Sept)
