The Sand Martin is situated in the heart of the Beadnell Village in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is a link detached bungalow with gardens to the front and back. Within a 5/10 minute walk you can access the beach, pubs and village shop. Comprising of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom the bungalow sleeps up to 4 people. The secluded rear garden is paved and enclosed. There is parking on the driveway for 1 car and there is space at the road at the front for another car. There is a large garage/utility area where you can store bikes and watersports gear securely

Love to live there.

We know the area well, so no surprises there. Convenient for all services and days out. The conversion of the garage and excellent idea. Within 24 hours my wife wanted to live there.

Lovely stay at the Sand Martin with my friend and our dogs. The bungalow was warm and cosy and very central for the beach, pubs and cafes. It was well equipped for all our needs during our stay. I would definitely stay again.

A good get away

The property is perfectly located for exploring the Northumberland coast. Very dog friendly. The host is VERY easy to get ahold of and talk to.

Lovely accommodation

Situated in heart of Beadnell a beautiful bungalow. All needs catered for and so well equipped. We had a fabulous stay. Maybe a little more instruction on how heating works would be helpful.
