Exactly what we hoped it would be!
We really enjoyed our stay at Reuben’s Rocks! It was perfect for us and our daughter and granddaughters, comfy but rustic. We enjoyed the Nat’l Park, and several nearby attractions, and being right against the edge of the forest. The cabin had everything anyone could need. We would just suggest that towels and linens be washed w fragrance free detergent, the scent we found distasteful.
Quiet but not quiet as advertised
We did enjoy our stay in the house. The bed was comfortable and area was quiet. However the spa whirlpool was not something we would have enjoyed. Because the water is well water and is brown from time to time the tub and jets are stained brown. The fireplace looks good but once you are there the information inside says the fireplace can only be used in the winter. Even though it was cold enough when we were there to have a fire it was not winter. Other than that it was surrounded by trees and the stream next to the house was pretty.
Great cabin. Nice location near stream and woods.
The cabin was quiet and well equipped. Whole family had lots of fun. Thank you
Peaceful Easy Feeling
Absolutely loved our time there! There was plenty to do in the surrounding areas but we just hung out and relaxed most of the time. The scenery was soothing and the cabin was cozy. We liked how it all was rustic but with enough comforts that we didn’t have to “rough” it. The sound of the creek was so calming. We will definitely be back.
We were displaced because of hurricane Florence And Tammi immediately took care of us, Allowing us to stay in the cabin until we were able to get back home. The cabin was perfect for what we needed and very clean. The owner was awesome and caring to our plight. Highly recommended cabin for a great stay on a nice little river...
The only thing that I didn’t like the upstairs bed it was really firm and hard, my son said it was .
Absolutely love the front porch and the views!!! We really enjoyed!!!
