A characteristic apartment with a spacious private furnished terrace situated on the third floor in one of Lucca's ancient buildings.

In Santa Lucia you live inside the walls, close to the square Piazza San Michele and the main street Via Fillungo with shops, restaurants etc. The apartment has a splendid terrace of 25 m2 where you have a beautiful view over the roofs and all the towers. Here you can grill, eat or just relax reading a book without getting disturbed from the sounds of the city.

The apartment consists of:
hall, kitchen (gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer, Italian and American coffee machines, dishwasher, bread toaster), from the kitchen there is access to the terrace wich is furnished for outdoor eating. Barbecue.
There is a double room, a bedroom with twin beds (both rooms have sloping ceilings), a living room with smart TV, a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
There are cotto tiled floors and beamed ceilings which give the apartment the special Tuscan atmosphere. The interiors are simple but fully functional. Internet wifi.

Please note that there are many steep stairs up to the apartment so this place is not suitable for persons with walking problems. We also inform you it is not permitted to go by car to the apartment since the historic centre in Lucca is a restricted traffic zone. Perfect place for those who travel without a car. The railway station and the bus station are within walking distance - but you also have free parking outside the wall ca. 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Other: shops, restaurants, bars, small supermarket and everything else within very short walkings distance.
