NEW BUILDING IN INDIAN ROCKS BEACH

UNIT 202 - This apartment is on the LEFT SIDE of the building when you are facing the beach. Our new coastal style building features SIX APARTMENTS. There are two apartments per floor.

Fees include EVERYTHING YOU NEED for an amazing beach vacation: paddle board, skim boards, canoes, beach chairs, all kinds of beach toys, beach umbrellas and beach towels. There are two BBQ grills on the property. Each apartment provides 2 parking spaces. Also there is a WASHER and DRYER in each unit.

UNIT 202 is a TWO BEDROOM / TWO BATHROOM beautiful direct BEACHFRONT unit with an EXTRA-LARGE balcony facing the beach. The balcony is perfect for outside dining.

Relaxed Florida casual décor. Super comfortable beds.

There is also an ELEVATOR for those that wish to avoid stairs. A HEATED SWIMMING POOL makes it all complete! There are BBQ grills in the pool area for fun beach / poolside dining.

There are two apartments on each floor. So, if you have another family or a larger group you wish to travel with, you can search ID# 1131130 (unit 201) for availability, and book both units, which would give you the luxury of the entire floor!

Indian Rocks Beach has many wonderful restaurants and fun attractions located close by.


PS: I kept all our reviews from the past three years, in order to show that I am an excellent hostess and to provide the traveler an idea of the property location and area.

Great location, beautiful view, great amenities. The condo had everything we needed, it was great not having to think about packing beach towels and chairs. We also enjoyed using the kayaks. Multiple restaurants were nearby, we especially enjoyed the Cafe de Paris bakery

Everything was so easy, clean, and comfortable. We plan to be back. All the other guests seemed to be nice families, just looking to relax as well. Highly recommend!

Great property

This property is amazing. The units are very clean and the beach amenities that come with it are awesome, chairs, kayaks, floats, and anything you need . Only six units in the entire property so very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely come back to this property.

Great Location and Property

We’ve stayed at Tommy’s three times now and absolutely love it. The location is perfect. The accommodations are fabulous. If you want a reall nice Condo, pool, and beach…this is the place!

This unit could not have been more perfect! One of the BEST places I have stayed. Everything little thing from beach towels, beach chairs, beach bag, hand soap, shampoo, etc made our stay so much easier. I love this place!! Clean, cute, and comfortable. Thank you!!!

Quiet like we wanted w/ lots of extras-definitely check it out!

Only hiccup was the check-in process. Our code to enter was delayed, but after that, everything was great. Lots of extra water equipment like paddle boards, lounge chairs, floaties, etc. Very clean, comfortable beds, etc. The beach is right out the door and very clean. Go to Coco's across the street for live music, trivia and bar food. Eric, the Manager, was wonderful!

The best vacation ever.

My husband and I was super excited when we walked in the door, walked down the hallway and saw the ocean view. That’s all we wanted relaxing vacation. We’ve had a long time the place was awesome.

We loved this condo. Location is great, really nice Condo with so many extras such as beach toys, paddle boards, and they even have detergents, and soaps. We have stayed at probably 20 places from Madeira Beach to Indian Rocks Beach and this is now our favorite!

Beautiful vacation home and location!

This condo had everything you need to feel at home on vacation. It was very clean, stocked with many kitchen, bath, pool and beach supplies which was really helpful. The oceanview and sunsets are amazing! We had a few days of Red Tide and I requested to borrow the kayaks to use at Clearwater Beach since it was not an issue there and the owner approved the use. We didn't actually take them because we waited a few days and the Red Tide improved so we used them at the rental location. Maria was very nice and helpful during our stay as well. Would highly recommend this rental and we look forward to returning in the future!

Amazing Beach Front Property

The condo was perfect for our family of three. Very easy access to the pool and the ocean especially if you have a little one. Everything that you need is already there. Management went above and beyond to make sure we had everything. Can't wait to go back!

Everything was as expected. The management was very responsive. One example. Before coming I asked about the possibility to have a printer in the unit (because some of us needed continue to work while in Florida). And new printer was there when we arrived.

The listing does not do it justice

You never know what you are really gonna get when you rent somewhere online but rarely is it BETTER then expected. I thought this listing was too good to be true but it was even better. It has everything you need. The place was spotless. It had tons of space. Between the pool and the beach we were barely inside but it has all the essentials for cooking and easy access to things around the area. We are avid beach people with lots of gear at home and I was worried we wouldn’t have stuff for the beach but they had everything. Beach bags, towels, chairs, floats, beach toys for the kids, kayaks, umbrellas and even shovels. Can’t wait to come back again.

Great Time at Indian Rocks Beach!

Our family and friends had a wonderful week at Indian Rocks Beach. The accommodations were even better than described in the listing. The location was convenient to activities and the beach is right at your door. Patrice was great to work with and made the entire process a breeze. We’ll definitely come back here when we visit Indian Rocks Beach.
