BRAND NEW BEACHFRONT BOUTIQUE BUILDING

Our new COASTAL STYLE building features SIX BEAUTIFUL APARTMENTS - each direct beach front unit features a full kitchen, dining area, living room, TWO bedrooms and TWO bathrooms, and EXTRA-LARGE covered BALCONIES. Our BALCONIES are SO BIG (11x 16) that the entire family can DINE THERE EVERY EVENING and watch the amazing Indian Rocks Beach sunsets and the occasion dolphin family swim by.

Unit sleeping arrangement breakdown: Units 201, 202, 303, 304: Each have a kingsize bed in the 1st bedroom, and two twins in the second bedroom. There is a full size comfy pull out sleeper sofa in the main living area. The first bathroom has an attached bath/shower and the hall bathroom has a shower. Units 405 and 406 have a kingsize bed in the 1st bedroom, and a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom. The first bedroom has the attached bath/shower and there is a hall bathroom with a shower. Each unit has the sleeper sofa in the living area. All units face the beach and have the same size balconies.

Each apartment features a relaxed Florida casual decor. There is an ELEVATOR for those that wish to avoid stairs. A HEATED 15 x 30 SWIMMING POOL makes it all complete!

Fees include EVERYTHING YOU NEED for an amazing beach vacation: paddle board, skim boards, canoes, beach chairs, all kinds of beach toys, beach umbrellas and beach towels. There are two BBQ grills on the property. Each apartment provides 2 parking spaces. Also there is a WASHER and DRYER in each unit.

Indian Rocks Beach has many wonderful restaurants and fun attractions located close by. PS: I kept all our reviews from the past three years, in order to show that I am an excellent host and to provide the traveler an idea of the property location and area.

SPECIAL NOTE:
This building has six separate beachfront units. There are two units per floor. There is an adjoining door on each floor that can connect the units. To look up each unit use the following ID numbers: 2502582, 1144430, 1131130, 2502594, 2502559, 1144164. These can be booked individually if available. Generally, for the units to display you will need to add your timeframe from Saturday to Saturday. Number of guests: 5

Our extended family of 23 loved staying there. The pool was great and the beach was only 15 feet away. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend for a large gathering.

This place checked all the boxes on our top priorities. Handicap accessible, on beach (with chairs, umbrellas, toys, paddleboards, boogie boards, surfboards, beach towels), pool, balconies, under house shaded parking, well stocked kitchens, comfy beds. AND it’s beautiful!

This place was perfect for our family of 19. Why? The beautiful pool, easy access to the beach, water toys for all ages, great parking, gas grills, extremely well-stocked, attractive and clean units, great host, property manager, and pool maintenance man. Also, we found this building to be very accessible for those with mobility issues. This was our third year there and hope to have many more!

Fantastic Property

We rented the entire building for our family, and the property was everything the online listing said it was and more. There was all kinds of beach toys, the pool was warm and clean. Property maintenance was there every day to clean and freshen the pool. The kitchens were stocked with everything we needed and more........ All in all, a very positive experience!

A great big family vacation

We used all 6 units, us in one, each of our 4 children and their families in a unit, then one of the first-floor units as the common unit for cooking, gatherings and bathrooms close to the pool/beach. We have been renting in this area for over 25 years and condos in general for over 35 and these units were best equipped by far. With a manager 10 minutes away and a pool service man that came in the middle of the week as well to clean we will be back.

New years week

Our family has been traveling for the holidays for many years and these condos are fabulous! We stayed in all 6 and could not have been happier. Patrice has thought of everything, truly, and is easily available for any question. Maria is terrific and attends to anything that may arise. The condos, the location, the beach, the pool were all excellent!! We look forward to returning!

What a fabulous place to take vacation. Rented the entire beach house for our 'family vacation.' Was perfect and provided the privacy we needed and yet had us all at one place. Was everything it advertised and more; down to the sun sales to keep the afternoon sun off the decks. The owners were marvelous to work with, even touching base midweek to see if we had any concerns or needs. Am definitely saving this location for future consideration. How to please family from ages 1-70

Never have we stayed in a vacation home that truly had everything and more. So tastefully done! The paddleboards and kayaks made the tweens happy and the floats and sand toys were perfect for the younger ones. Host Patrice and property manager Maria were both wonderful. I doubt we’ll ever surpass this!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Tommy's on the Beach. Our family rented the entire building of condos. We loved the pool and close proximity to the beach. The kayaks and paddle boards were great to use every morning when the ocean was calm. The condos were well stocked with everyday necessities including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, etc. We really appreciated how the owner paid so much attention to detail to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy a great vacation. It was also nice that the doors open up on each floor between condos. We can't wait to return next year!!!

Everything you could want

This place was amazing. We rented 3 of the units and they were great. Everything was extremely clean and well taken care of. They had every beach item you could think of for the kids and adults. It seemed like every time someone said "oh you know what we need?" They already had it, to beverage coolers to beach bags to loungers for the pool and beach. We had a amazing stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to spend some time focusing on family and relaxation! Thank you!!

Amazing trip!

We rented the entire building for a graduation party and family reunion; we ouldn’t have asked for anything more! Everything was exactly as advertised. Everyone remarked how perfect a place it was for our gathering. Everyone had their own space but also plenty of space to gather and celebrate indoors and out. Adjoining doors between units are a great touch. Everybody is already asking when we are going back. Patrice and staff are the best and immediately responsive to any needs or requests.

Better Than a Five Star Hotel

This place was so perfect for our family reunion: 15 adults and 8 kids. The set up with 6 units was perfect because grandparents had the top floor units and each of the 4 families with children had their own unit. The owner and the property manager were great and responsive. The property had numerous amenities; more than I anticipated and more than at other beach rentals. The property is ideal for kids (ranging from 11 months to 5 years) and adults. Pool was fenced in and great for the kids because it wasn’t too deep. Location was outstanding: steps from the beach and close to restaurants. By the end of the week, it was unanimous that everyone wanted to return.

Family of 20 vacay

From the moment we walked in to our units, we knew it was going to be a great vacation. As a family of 20, we rented the entire building. We have 10 grandchildren ages 2-11. This is a turn key property. There were pool toys, rafts, skim boards, kayaks and paddle boards for the kids and parents to enjoy. The pool is heated which the kids loved! The sunsets were incredible. Each unit was fully equipped for the individual families. We rent homes on the beach each year and the kids want to go back here next year. The french bakery right in front of the home does not disappoint! The owner did everything perfectly!!

Beachfront Beauty

Our family rented all 6 units for the week of Thanksgiving 2023. What a beautiful property! The two bedroom units are modern, well furnished, and just steps from the beach! We were especially impressed with how well the units were supplied. There is plenty of parking, the neighborhood is quiet, the beach is private, and the elevator is such a plus with three floors. There were plenty of water toys for the ocean, and a heated pool for the kids to jump in every day! At the end of the day we loved setting out on the large balconies looking at the sunset and listening to the waves hit the beach. In addition, we were well attended to by Maria, the day-to-day property manager. Overall we all loved our stay! Can't recommend it enough - its a 10!

This yard, on the beach is the GEM of this location!!!

I loved the feel of this property. The house has a unique architecture to it and the 3 condos were nice to accommodate 3 separate families. The House could use a bit of TLC as well as the included amenities (fishing poles, sand toys, paddles, games, etc. ). Some of these items were broken or missing. It would be nice if they would periodically replenish these items. It was so nice having the paddle board and kayak on hand. we thoroughly enjoyed playing with those. The futons are very nice, as far as futons are concerned. The highlight of this property is definitely the yard!!! we brought hammocks and hung them in the trees, grilled and ate outside, enjoyed a fire pit most nights and the kids had so much room to run around and play. Most beach houses I have stayed at do not have a yard so this was really nice. We did have issues finding firewood. I would pay extra for a stocked firewood supply. I would definitely recommend this place. Great for families and young children. Also, there are restaurants/bar directly behind the house for people who fly in and don't have a rental car.

We fell in love with this property the first time we saw it and thought is would be really fun to host people from all over on one of the greatest beaches in the world. After operating the original property for almost 4 years, we decided to rebuild our dream property.
