Sijaitsee merenrannalla viehättävä kalastajakylä Punta de Mita Nayarit, Meksiko pitkin pohjoisrannikolla Bahía de Banderas ~ hiljainen tyylikäs keidas on lyömättömään paikkaan. Se on kaunis paikka ystävällisten ihmisten kanssa. Se on trooppinen rantahotelli!

Serenity

We loved our stay. Serenity best describes our experience. The condo is very comfortable and spacious, and thoughtfully furnished. Location is ideal and the condo staff are friendly and helpful. And the view is spectacular. Pool is great for swimming and beach is ideal for long walks at low tide, though one does have to negotiate some beach stones along the way.

Amazing Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. Owners were very responsive and Fabricio the property manager was awesome. He met us at the condo when we arrived to show us around and how things worked. He set up restaurant reservations and car service to/from the airport. We enjoyed the beach and pool right in front of the condo. Great waves for boogie boarding and body surfing. We rented a golf cart which made trips to restaurants/town very easy and fun for the kids. Condo was well equipped and appointed with everything! We had a blast!

We have stayed in many different condos and locations in Punta De Mita, and this was definitely one of our favorites! You can’t get a better view, steps onto the sand, and a very short walk into town. The property staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The layout of the condo, bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for my husband and I, 2 kids and in-laws. Everyone had their own bathrooms and plenty of privacy. High end fixtures and decor and Viking appliances made it all the more enjoyable. Kayaks, paddle board, boogie boards kept the kids (and adults) entertained all day! Highly recommend this property!

The perfect tropical vacation.

This property is absolutely stunning. I literally cannot stress the beauty of it enough. Bob and Kris were very responsive to communication about the condo and any questions I had leading up to our stay in Punta Vista II. Fabricio, the manager, and the other staff members at the building were welcoming and always willing to help. The property was extremely clean and well kept. They have thought of everything to make your stay more than comfortable, including providing a drum of drinking, or toothbrushing water near each sink in the unit. The beds are very comfortable for falling asleep to the sound of waves outside your room. The pool and beach area are sparkling clean. A staff member even raked the sand every morning. Punta Vista II is located within walking distance to many delicious restaurants whether it be via the sand or local streets. I am torn between saying definitely stay here and please don't because I want it to be available for my return.

Property is well maintained and pristine. Only problem was the hot tub took a long time to heat.

The renters of the property were lovely. They were super prompt and provided great assistance in their responses. The beach in Punta Mita was so much nicer and less over run with tourists than Sayulita. A great place for kids-- since the beach was shallow. Also, the property provided kind and courteous staff who were very helpful. The restaurants in Punta Mita, though limited, are very good. I would recommend anyone stay here. The only few (little) disappointments were that the jacuzzi took a long time to heat so we never got to enjoy it at night. Also, we used the pool an hour before quiet hours but got admonished by residents and told we "should not be here." We were not sure what was happening since we were using normal voices. Perhaps at night people were particular about noise (even though it was well before quiet time). We explained that we rented the place and shared what we understood about quiet hours and they seemed less suspicious. We suspect that if we were older and looked more like an average white American tourist, the response would have been different. But, it was still quite fun and a beautiful place to stay!

Fabulous Beach Side Property

The condo is five stories up and less than 100 yards from the surf with expansive views of the mountains, jungle and the Banderas Bay. The sea gulls, terns, pelicans and many other birds entertain you all day. During the winter humpbacked whales are often seen breaching out of the water. On the other side of the condo is a Mexican Village with little restaurants, bodegas and street taco stands. Closer to the gated Punta Mita Resort are fancier restaurants and shops. The condo itself is first class. The kitchen is the best equipped of any condo or home we have ever rented ( and we have rented quite a few). The two master bedrooms and the spacious living area open directly onto the deck. You wake up and go to sleep to the sounds of the ocean. The only downside is that we couldn't stay longer.

Beautiful beachfront condo with everything you need

Before I booked, I scrutinized every review of this property, studied the photos, listed out the recommendations for restaurants, cafes, things to do; analyzed the location, description of the building and amenities. I did my homework and now you don't have to- copy mine because we gave this entire experience an A+. We loved the condo and felt so at home - lovely, vacation easy, spacious. clean, and so comfortable, the proximity to the town's main street is perfect - easy walk on the beach or the town streets. We so enjoyed the people, the service, the weather, the beach- boogie board, kayaks and stand up paddle were easy to get and fun to use. Lots of waves (and rocks, so bring water shoes- a game changer!), surf lessons every day a short way down the beach We were with our 3 kids (18-23) and everybody fell in love with Punta De Mita. Here are some highlights: -Whale watching and snorkeling around the Marieta Islands -All dinners were excellent, favorite might be Mina (formally Si Señor). Pop in and make reservations in advance at all of the restaurants lined up on the beach (we went to a different one each night) -Breakfast at La Rustica (just started serving. Awesome food and gorgeous setting); also excellent for drinks and dinner at sunset. -Join all the nearby vacationers in line at Cafecito for great coffee, light breakfast, and smoothies -Cafe de Pintor for breakfast and the adjoining Madmax Pizza -Visit Pan y Leche for a great iced mocha, fun art, and the sweetest barista you will ever meet. -Go to Arena Cafe rooftop cafe for lovely view and excellent coffee- just a block away from condo -Excellent sandwiches at Boca Cafe - brought home to eat by the beach -Teresa's Taco stand a block away- brought them home to eat on the balcony -Lunch and afternoon stroll through nearby Sayulita (best to go Mon- Thur unless looking for huge crowds and party scene) Bob and Kris were wonderfully responsive and helpful. Fabricio is on call and will answer and help with anything you need. A fantastic week- met and exceeded my already high expectations! Thank you!

Another stay in paradise

This was our second stay at Punta Vista II and we will definitely be back again. The condo was clean and well taken care of with comfortable beds and you simply cannot beat the view. Refer to my other review for for more details but suffice it to say it is a perfect vacation spot.

Boundless Ocean Views

Our family had a wonderful stay in this lovely oceanfront condo. The condo was well appointed and comfortable. The location was easily accessible to the beach or to the town. We had a great stay and highly recommend this unit to others!

We have been coming to PM for 15 years and love staying in this building. We have stayed in this unit multiple times and plan to come back many more. This unit is clean and beautiful with all of the amenities you need. The concierge was responsive and easy to communicate with as were the owners. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Superb Condo in Punta Mita!

We just spent 8 glorious days in this Punta Mita condo. The location is fantastic, beautiful beach perfect for swimming, paddle and boogie boarding. The pool and property are equally great and well maintained. We were also close (10 minutes walking) from the little town which had several good restaurants and bars to choose from. The condo itself is awesome, beautifully decorated with ample space for our party of 5. We all had plenty of room to spread out but also spend some quality time together cooking, playing games, watching movies. We even had a private chef come one night – delicious! The staff (especially Fabricio and Paco) is very warm and welcoming. Bob and Kris Daniels were very responsive during our booking and answered any questions we had prior to our arrival. The WiFi is a little slow so be sure to download all your favorite content before you get there and also enjoy being off the network! We highly recommend!

The perfect spot

I traveled here in November 2019, this 3500 square-foot condo is perfect. There are three excellent bedrooms, and a separate room for watching shows or TV if you want to take a break from the rest of the group. I traveled down here with my parents and my two young children, the apartment was perfect for this. The apartment is well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking dinners and barbecuing. I would certainly come back here again and it was ideal for us.

Property didn’t disappoint! Location was awesome, staff was very helpful and friendly. Condo was very clean, well cared for and well equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful stay and setting

Breathtaking views and well appointed condo surrounded by excellent restaurants and people. Quiet and serene pool area with beautiful rolling waves. Condo is much like it’s pictures and stocked well with everything we needed for our stay. We had an amazing vacation seeing the various local sites of the region and would definitely return. Owners were very generous with their time during pre trip questioning and made the process very easy. Thanks for everything and truly would recommend the area to anyone.

Paradise!

We just returned from a 10 day stay at this magnificent condo. The minute we arrived we fell in love with this place! When we pulled up to the property we were warmly greeted by Fabricio and two other security guards who quickly unloaded our taxi full of groceries and luggage and took everything up to the fifth floor condo for us. (So nice after a long day of traveling!) As we walked into the condo every one of our jaws dropped. The pictures online really don’t do it justice. The kitchen- incredible- everything you could possibly need and more! The bedrooms- beautiful, clean, comfy beds, lots of closet and drawer space. The bathrooms clean and open, stocked with lots of towels. The living room/balcony- our favorite place! The entire wall open to the ocean with the tropical breeze and sound of the ocean- it was literally paradise! You couldn’t ask for a better view. Being on the fifth floor is close enough to hear the ocean yet high enough to see the entire coast of Punta de Mita. We never closed the folding glass doors that separate the living room and patio. Surprisingly we never needed to because there were NO BUGS (so awesome!), and although the patio is huge and open it is also extremely private and secure. The location is the best of all the condos in Punta de Mita. It’s close enough to walk down the beach to all of the fabulous restaurants but far enough away that you don’t have many people sharing the beach and water with you. Fabricio and the staff were always friendly and more than willing to help in any way they could. There was always one housekeeper there (I wish I could remember her name-such a hard worker!) that was constantly cleaning the pool area, halls, etc... keeping everything in the complex sparkling clean. I just can’t say enough about this condo. If you’re considering a trip to Punta de Mita this is where you’ll want to be! Paradise!

Fabulous place in so many ways

We loved staying at the unit. It was well appointed, had beautiful views, and the staff was great. The beds were a little soft, but overall, we were delighted with everything.
