Just bring your bathing suit and tooth brush, we have everything else ready and waiting for you! We are happy to share our fully equipped 3,900 sq. ft. beautiful villa, recently refreshed to reflect a natural contemporary beach vibe. Plenty of space to spread out with 4 en-suite bedrooms, large living room with (3) Smart TV's, Sonos Music, dining room, wet bar (with blender for your margaritas!) and a 1,200 ft covered terrace for relaxing and entertaining. Soak in the never ending views of the beautiful Banderas Bay from sunrise to sunset.

Spent an incredible week with our three adult daughters and their spouses. The condo is stunning and very clean. We loved our daily housekeeper Candy who made us homemade guacamole and refried beans. She took care of us and Eli the concierge was amazing. It is definitely the best condo on the beach And the views are stunning. We will definitely be going back!

Ocean Retreat

The condominium has 180 degree view of the Banderas Bay and beaches. Fully stocked kitchen , streaming tv and 4 lovely bedrooms. Large balcony to enjoy dinners. 50 meter pool with jacuzzi. Every amenity including a gym and squash court. Adjacent to quaint village with nice restaurants on the water, miles of beach to walk on, whale watching and the town of Puerta Vallarta less an hour away. We can’t wait to come back!

Week in Punta De Mita

What a great trip! A few friends and I stayed for a week at the end of March, and our only regret was not having more time. The pictures do not do this place justice. Tucked away in the corner of the neighborhood, this villa is quiet, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing, while also being walking distance from delicious restaurants and fun shops! We enjoyed nearly every meal on the spacious terrace overlooking the pool and the beach, where you can watch the birds feed in the warm pacific ocean. Could not recommend this place enough, counting down the days until I can get back there!

Tranquil mornings and sunset in the most beautiful villa.

Sitting on this spacious terrace in this beautiful villa with the and waves in the morning and sunset in the evening was always picture a taking event. The villa was tastefully decorated. Everything needed for your stay was in ample supply. The beds were very comfortable The local restaurants were fun and delicious. I was a fan of the infinity pool. I didn’t want to leave but I knew I wanted to return. Diana

What a top of the line experience! From unsurpassed service & communication, to the timeless elegance and luxury appointments of the unit, amenities, building and overall property. Prime location! Quality linens, and everything one needs at their fingertips. We are a group of 8, (4 couples), and we love to cook, (kitchen and bar are perfect), relax poolside, and walk 10 minutes down the beach to the amazing restaurants. Looking forward to our return later this year! Incredible experience!

Excellent property

My sister and I had a wonderful experience in this beautiful condo in Punta de Mita. The condo is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. From the very beginning the communication was excellent and the concierge took care of our every need. The beach is very private and the building staff was friendly and helpful. Punta de Mita has many great restaurants and is within walking distance by beach or town. The condo is very well appointed with everything you need for a fabulous vacation. We enjoyed the huge infinity pool with waterfall as well as dinners on the large terrace overlooking the ocean. All in all this is a little slice of paradise. We will definitely return!!!

Absolutely Amazing

What an amazing and luxurious place to spend time with family, friends and the ocean! This villa is right on the water and you hear the waves as they lull you to sleep at night. Our bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. We cooked most of our meals there and the spacious kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The huge balcony is the place to be for a perfect evening of dinner and drinks around the large dining table, or morning coffee in the comfy sitting nook or an afternoon nap in the hammock or lounge chairs. The pool was fantastic and this villa even provided 2 surf boards and 2 stand up paddle boards for some water fun! Just 50 yards from the property is a place where we had relaxing massages on the beach. This is by far our favorite beach villa we have ever stayed in and will definitely return year after year.

Punta de Mita Vacation

This was an unforgettable vacation in an even more breathtaking place to stay! I stayed with a few friends and we could not be happier with our experience! You will not get tired of the beautiful views from the large balcony of the spacious pool, ocean, and incredible sunsets. The villa is minutes away from the quaint town of Punta de Mita which has wonderful restaurants as well as amazing street food vendors. Whether you enjoy lounging by the pool or hot tub, surfing, stand up paddle boarding, or simply exploring the amazing town, this place has almost everything to offer for an amazing and relaxing tropical vacation. Just a short car ride away from amazing towns such as Sayulita and Puerto Vallarta, we were able to explore even more of the beauty that this region has to offer. We could not get enough of the very large pool and hot tub on the property and not to mention the best sunsets that money can buy every night. Thank you for an amazing vacation that I will remember for a lifetime and I hope to be back one day!

A beautiful condo and relaxing location which offers everything you are looking for in a vacation.

If you are looking for a lovely condo, a beautiful pool right on a wave-friendly beach, this is for you. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need, plus some water toys, too. There are many activity opportunities near by and some fun restaurants (like Teresa's Tacos and the fresh made churros!). We ventured out to several nearby towns (Buceria for a market on Sundays and the little town of Punta de Mita.) We used Ubers which are very reasonable. My favorite thing was sitting at the pool reading or sitting on the large deck overlooking the bay with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Watching the birds (pelicans, seagulls, egrets, etc.) feeding on the fish was so interesting. And the weather was perfect! This was the most relaxing vacation I have had in a while; but you can be as active as you want to be! Please come and enjoy this VRBO.

Stunning Condo / Awesome Location

Our family had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing vacation, and this incredible condo played a huge part in making it so special. The condo is impressively spacious, with what feels like 75 feet (when you include the bedrooms) of 180-degree floor-to-ceiling ocean views. The view is simply stunning.Inside, the condo is impeccably and thoughtfully decorated, with unique and charming details throughout. Every day we discovered something new to admire! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals at home, and one evening when we even treated ourselves to a personal chef. The concierge (included), Eli, planned that for us seamlessly and was so delicious!The real highlight, though, was the balcony. We spent every sunrise, sunset, and dinner out there, enjoying the views and sound of the waves. It was the perfect spot for meals, yoga, games, reading a book, or even sneaking in an afternoon nap.Our kids loved the pool, and we all had a blast boogie boarding in the ocean. The public beach neighbors the property and had the best waves and least amount of rocks along the 1-2 mile coastline. The condo storage was stocked with both pool and beach toys to enjoy. The heart of town is 10-15 min walk away and has some awesome restaurants.This place is simply stunning, and we give it a 10/10 without hesitation. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We discovered Punta de Mita a few years ago and simply fell in love! We had been dreaming about and searching for a beach home for many years and after staying in PVSR 401 (our new beach home) we decided it was the perfect spot for our family. With a nod to the history of area we did some updating and refreshing of the condo. We feel it reflects a natural, yet comfortable beach vibe. We live in Park City, UT where we get a ton of incredible snow each winter. Now we feel like we have the perfect balance with our special spot on the beach. We are happy to share it with you and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. If there is anything you would suggest we add, please let us know!

We love our beach front location in the Punta Vista Signature Residences. We are at the quiet east end of the beach, just a short 7 minute walk to the center of town where you will find an incredible collection of shops and restaurants to satisfy the most discriminating "foodie". The beach is very swimmable and the surf is very gentle. Our condo building has 24 hour security and our staff are very friendly and all speak english.
