Beautiful home in an incredible location with wonderful amenities. We were a bit disappointed by some of the cleanliness and upkeep of the home for the amount we paid but overall it was a good stay!

Perfect for our annual family 4th of July celebration. On the IOP parade route and could enjoy fireworks from the rooftop. Double porches were a hit. Beach path directly across the street. Outdoor pool area is the best, especially the artificial turf and big oak tree for shade. Great house!

Such a great home for a large family or group of friends. Perfect for entertaining and a beautiful deck with a nice view of the ocean. The elevator was a great feature for my elderly mom and also hauling up groceries!

Great Stay

Even with Hurricane Ian making landfall during our stay, the power stayed on the entire time and we were able to have a great time. Amazing property and even better property manager. Thank you for a great memory!

Perfect Venue

This property has everything your family would need. Direct access to the beach, sizable pool, ample parking, walking distance to restaurants and entertainment venues. You won't be disappointed.

Winter Break

We loved staying at Sunrise Manor for our second time. The location cannot be beat. The home is clean and beautiful with amazing decks to watch the sun rise and set. We also love the pool and had a great time with our son and some of his Citadel friends that got to come over to relax for the weekend.

This home has been our favorite after several years of spending spring break together;

There was plenty of room to find quiet in a house full of family. The beach is 3 minute walk so coming in for lunch or a child’s nap is so convenient. The kitchen was equipped with most utensils and had a bar in the family room. And the driveway provides enough room for 3 vehicles!

Perfect Bachelorette Weekend!

We stayed here for my sister's bachelorette celebration and it was perfect! The house was just as pictured with a wonderful common room and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone had their own space as well. Exclusive Properties was so great to work with and really made us feel welcome. We did run out of paper towels, garbage bags, and dishwasher detergent pods - so be sure to pick up extra on your first grocery trip if you think you will go through them.

Spring break

Our first time at a Vrbo was a little hard just not knowing what to expect. The house was clean but also messy- drawers , closets, couch. I wish more amenities were provided so that you don’t have to rent so much- beach towels, wagon, etc. the management was so nice and accommodating. If something wasn’t in the house like blow dryers or wine opener they quickly provided. Overall good trip.

Review of property

We loved the space and the fabulous kitchen in this house as well as the convenience to the beach. My only complaint is that the bed in the master bedroom was very hard and uncomfortable for both my husband and I, definitely need to get a new bed.

We had a fabulous time

My husband and I stayed at 601 ocean and wanted to leave a five star review of the place !! We had a fabulous time. The house is set up perfectly for a large group. Even during covid , we felt completely comfortable with our extended family in the home because each bedroom had its own bathroom, the kitchen and great room were huge and there were so many outdoor spaces and decks. I spent a lot of time on the deck watching the ocean waves. The kitchen upgrade was spectacular. And the location! Walking distance to town and easy beach access and short drives to historical destinations like Fort Moultrie and Charleston. Such a perfect place for a vacation!
