The view was nice the property was clean the room was dirty and the fridge didn’t work well the furniture isn’t very nice tears and uncomfortable like the beds not very pleasant honestly also over priced compared to air b&b

The property is in an excellent location with plenty of space. I'm not a fan of the checkout process, and the furniture is the common area was worn down, and the jets in the tub didn't work. Overall it was a nice location.

The room looked exactly like it did in the pictures. View of the beach was great. Outdoor pool was very relaxing. Check in was easy and communication wasn't lacking. Only cons were the jacuzzi button didn't turn the jets on and the condo looked clean when out infant was crawling around his knees became black from where the floor could've been cleaned better. Considering the above we would still go back to this room in the future especially if the jacuzzi tub was repaired.

The view was phenomenal, we could watch the sunrise from the balcony and sunsets from the beach. It got a little chilly the last couple of days, so we throughly enjoyed in the indoor pool and hot tub! The beach was so beautiful and clean.

I would highly recommend staying here! The condo was beautiful. We loved everything about our trip. Our host gave clear instructions about our stay (check-in, parking, beach towels, WiFi, etc.). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.

Nice condo in a great quiet location with wonderful views. We were there the end of February before all the spring break weeks and it was perfect for us. We only used the master suite and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen layout is nice with views of the ocean as well. Overall it was a great rental. We would definitely go back.

This condo is lovely, from the view to the furnishing. It was in pristine condition, along with everything you’d need for cooking. The beds were very comfortable & each bedroom has a private full bath. I highly recommend this Penthouse unit at Regency Isle.

Buyer beware! Not at all as described. We’ve stayed at numerous properties from the bridge all the way down to the roundabout near Beach Colony and this has been the worse we have experienced.This is the epitome of a burn and churn rental. Unless desperate, I strongly advise seeking other properties.

Great beach condo

Great unit with space and style. Had an issue at check in with the door lock not working properly, which prevented us from being able to leave the unit for a while, but otherwise a nice condo in walking distance to the Flora-Bama complex and a short drive from Orange Beach.

Amazing view both from the sitting room and sheltered balcony. Comfy beds, clean towels, stocked kitchen.Only 2x dishwasher tablets provided for a place that sleeps 8, which is a little stingy. Providing washing up liquid an some additional tablets would be appreciated. Sauna does't work... it has an air conditioning vent in it! Steamer and jacuzzi were nice in the slightly colder weather.

Fowlers Family Vacay at Orange Beach

The condo was even better than the pictures showed. Access to the beach was as easy as we expected. Being on the 11th floor made an amazing evening wind down on the patio each night. Only complaint we had was the water pressure and the sinks in the bathrooms not draining properly. Overall a great stay and we would definitely do it again. 10/10 recommend.

Great Place

Each year we stay at Regency and love the location and amenities. With a bigger group we chose a 3 bedroom and it was spacious enough for 6 adults and 2 kids. The only downfall was a few of the beds. One queen and the bed under the bunk are very squeaky with any small movement and would wake us and the kids up through the night. Other than that, all was great! We would definitely book again in the future.

Great Stay

Had a great stay with family. I’ll have to admit that I was a little disappointed that the ice maker that was there previously was replaced with a wine fridge, but we made use of it. As someone who’s gone through a bunch of ice makers, I can testify that they are very problem prone. However, since I put a kitchen aid icemaker in my house, I’ve had no issues. Anyhoo, great stay and service was as excellent as I’ve come to expect!
