In town for work, play or visiting friends and family for awhile? You'll find yourself centrally located within minutes of almost anywhere you need to go. Price includes all utilities and high speed internet.

Drive ten minutes to I-25, 15 minutes to downtown Denver, the Convention Center, Art Museum, Zoo, Museum of Nature & Science, or Botanic Gardens. Blocks away from Infinity Park, the first municipal-owned rugby stadium in the US. You're just 20 minutes to the Denver Tech Center and half an hour to Denver International Airport.

Take a break for coffee or tea, whip up a smoothie, or use the well equipped kitchen to make a meal. Several kitchen appliances are available for your convenience, ranging from a pancake griddle to a crock pot.

Located along the beautiful Cherry Creek Trail and bike path, which winds through the entire Denver metro area, you are within a short walk to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Take advantage of our 300+ days of sunshine and share the trails with walkers, joggers and people - watchers all year long. Bikes are also available for rent from Cherry Creek Mall.

Please ask about customized options for 3-12 month stays; I am available to answer any questions you may have and annual renters are welcome to enquire for both furnished and unfurnished options at flexible rates. This is my personal favorite location and I am happy to make it available for guests who are looking to make themselves at home in Denver for awhile. Changes will be considered on a case - by - case basis and any changes will include a fee for dates outside the range of the original reservation.

Great place

Very clean place. Stayed 4 weeks with husband and 3 year old. Was nice to have access to two parks within walking distance. Plenty of dishes, pots/pan, etc. Would stay again!

Excellent stay despite COVID!

Andrea reassured me that everything would be clean and ready for my summer stay and it was. Great location for walking and biking through nearby parks and the Cherry Creek Trail. Easy walk to Bull and Bush- a Denver staple with great food and a large patio where my adult kids and I felt very safe eating out occasionally. The condo had everything one needs for a very comfortable stay. Andrea is always available if needed ( which I didn’t) and the new hardwood/ vinyl floors look Fabulous! A lovely tree lined and quiet development close to everything with ample off street parking.

Excellent Location and Convenience

We rented this property for a bit over 3 months and found it to be very well located, close to all amenities and yet very quiet. Very clean and well furnished. Communication with owner was very easy.

Great location and owner!

Andrea’s condo was a perfect summer home base for me in Denver. It checked off all my “must have” items- good A/C, plentiful parking, W/D in unit, comfy beds, strong showers, near parks and walking trails, 5 minutes to my bridge club, easy access to main thoroughfares, and reasonably priced. Andrea was a joy to work with- so nice and flexible with requests. I’m a retired “snowbird” from Florida and have stayed at several VRBO/AirBnB places in Denver for the summer. Andrea’s place is my new favorite!

Love this place!

Andrea is a super host and her condo is excellent. It is absolutely well placed and super easy to get to! The condo was meticulously cleaned when I arrived and I immediately felt like home. This was my first home in Denver and I loved it! Such a shame I couldn’t do a longer term with her!

A great place in a great part of town

We feel there could have been a more thorough job of cleaning before we occupied the premises. For example, the bath tubs needed scrubbing, the lint filter was packed full in the dryer, floors and carpet should have been steamed cleaned between tenants. There were still crumbs from the toaster underneath and broken glass under the stove on the floor. The oven was also unclean. I had to clean the vacuum cleaner before using it. The tub in the hall bathroom drains very slowly. The heat does not blow into the main bedroom well so it tends to be cold in there on cold days. The showers were great, plenty of pressure and hot water and having a washer / dryer there saved time and effort. The full kitchen is also a plus and everything worked fine. The beds were extremely comfortable and we enjoyed cooking meals and spending evenings watching a movie. Parking if great for the rental car. Access to grocery stores and other shopping including restaurants are very good.This is also a great area for walking, running or biking with parks close by and a recreation center just a mile away. The owner was always available and checked in with us via texting to make sure we were comfortable during our long term stay. Overall, I would recommend this place as I would stay here again on my next visit.

Cherry Creek condo

Quiet apartment in a convenient location for us. The owner is very responsive. Cable TV in living room, excellent wifi. TV in bedroom has netflix and other apps, no cable channels. The beds are very comfortable. Great to have the washer and dryer in unit. We had a nice stay here.

I moved to Denver in 1998 from the Midwest, welcomed by the blue skies and mild weather of the metro area. Denver is an interesting city to explore and is packed with growing businesses and opportunities as well as a vibrant, active cultural scene and population.

Why they chose this property

The Cherry Creek area is hip, convenient and beautiful! The size of this condo felt very comfortable to me, and features including a second bathroom, laundry and large closets made it somewhere I'd like to live myself. From here it is only 90 minutes to Copper Mountain Ski Resort, where I offer VRBO #303401. Should you want to take a weekend in the mountains, the high country is busy with activities and attractions all summer long in addition to the busy winter season. Cherry Creek Village condos' proximity to arts, shopping and business districts, as well as the gorgeous walk along Cherry Creek, makes it the ideal home away from home.
