Welcome to Josephine in the most sought after area in all of Denver - Cherry Creek North. Hotels 1 block south are $600+/night! The most incredible dining in this entire region of the country & shopping @ Cherry Creek Mall won't be beat. Night-life options abound at Little Ollies, Forget Me Not, Cherry Cricket, Quality Italian, Del Frisco's & more! 100mbps internet free for guest use. 1 dedicated free private parking space. Smoke/vape free inside & out. Minutes from Downtown, 30 to Red Rocks. Owner stays in the upstairs separate apartment with her rescue puppy and family and does work from home - we will encounter one another more than likely or hear one another on occasion :-) Please let us know if things are too noisy! We do our best to keep upstairs noise and voices to a minimum after 10p :-) Additionally something to keep in mind, owner's utility room is on the lower level outside the guest apartment. This home was built in the very early 1900's; one of the original homes in Cherry Creek! Old home charms alongside its quirks. Lower ceilings, creaky wood floors, amazing backyard you're welcome to share! I've made lots of updates over the years, however if you're noise sensitive, a light sleeper, etc this may not be the perfect place for you! Price is reflective of all of these things :-) However, I am always available and happy to accommodate guests as best I can at your request.

Sara was very responsive and kind during our stay. She turned on the heat and lights for us as we were coming in whilenit was dark out. We felt right at home. The apartment was cozy, warm and inviting. We loved being able to make our own meals in the kitchen which had everything we needed. As noted in the listing you can hear Saras family through the ceiling walking around but it didn’t bother us at all. We felt it would have been the same at any hotel room or apartment on a bottom floor. We would definitely stay here again whilr visiting Denver.

I did not catch the part that says the ceiling was low in places until after we arrived in Denver… which it was low in the entry area. The height in the apartment itself was fine. Great big bed and bedroom. Nice! We had a great time!

Inexpensive, casual basement level apartment perfect for folks looking for a cozy place to sleep. An ideal option for travelers looking to pay less than the boutique hotels one block to the South in an amazing neighborhood. One of the top destinations in Denver - Cherry Creek North! Very walkable, safe, tons of boutique shopping, movies, luxury shopping, top restaurants. I love living here.
My toddler and I live in the upper level - we will hear one another but I do my best to keep noise levels to a minimum! It’s one of the original homes in Cherry Creek - lower ceilings, smaller windows, etc. cozy bungalow style home. Perfect for travelers who don’t require ultra modern and more expensive accommodations. I keep the place well stocked and make myself available to my guests 24/7 during their stays!
