Everyone says this is the perfect rental location. You can walk to everything in just minutes! Night life, galleries, restaurants, and most importantly ski lift! I had 210K worth of upgrades to the house. After a long day on the slopes, or take in the views from one of the best decks in Old Town, or a 4-5 minute walk to just every bar and restaurant in the city. Just a couple of blocks from downtown, come back for a night of fun in your private hot tub or snuggle up in front of the fireplace and unwind while listening to your favorite tunes, or just watch cable TV in every room. Whatever your choice is, you'll feel at home and more than welcomed. It's easy to prepare your favorite meals in our well-equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar and large dining room table.

At night you and your guests can retire and feel absolutely comfortable in your choice of three queen size beds (one upstairs, two downstairs), two twin size beds, or the high-end, over-sized sleeper/sofa as you enjoy cathedral ceilings and spacious appointment.

I've always loved skiing and decided that a house in Park City would be just right!

There is plenty to do in Park City with lots of ski areas that could be visited and during Summer time there is breathtaking mountain biking, hiking and golfing.

Park City is always filled with activities for any time of the season.

This is a private house located on Park City Mountain, only steps away from the ski slopes and just two blocks from Old Town Main Street. It is an easy ride from the airport - only 35 minutes.

What makes this house unique

The location of this house is ideal; it is just a 2 block walk to main street and much of the nightlife and a short walk ( 2 flights of stairs) to the ski lift.

I stayed in this unit for an extended weekend and loved every moment in the home. The owner provided plenty of information about restaurants, things to do, special events, and mountain information. I had no questions go unanswered! The owner was also so pleasant to deal with and the arrangements were made in the most satisfying way. The house itself is beautiful, its obvious that Suzanne takes great pride in this home. Each bedroom had beautiful decor, warm blankets, and a personal tv. The bathrooms were clean and spacious and stocked with wonderful, fluffy towels. There were plenty of paper products, condiments, and dishware- we were wanting for nothing. The location is great, merely minutes from the downtown area. This was by far the best unit I've stayed in in Park City, and would love to stay there again in the future.

Mountain View, Ski-In: It is 2 houses down up 2 sets of metal stairs then over about 100 ft. Your on 'Quitting Time Lift Line' to Town Lift. Could be about the same walk from Park City Mountain main lift to your car in the main parking lot at Park City Mountain. And quicker then getting to the lifts at the Canyons if you park in their lot.

Great place great location

We usually stay in a condominium close to the resort but opted for this house close to Town Lift this time. as we had a larger group. Worked really well. We initially thought the separation of living and dining was a little weird but it was good with the larger group as some would sit and chat in the kitchen and others would relax or watch a movie downstairs. Stairs up to Quittin Time are a good warmup and Main St is close. Only minor thing was that shopping was a bit of a mission on the public transport. More little shops rather than one big one. Or you get an Uber back from the supermarket. Compared to other places weve been in, the house was really well supplied with appliances, cooking things etc and basic staples. In summer the deck would be awesome. No complaints at all and would go back in a flash.

We had a great trip! Felt like home. Kitchen is well stocked. Grill and hot tub are the greatest.

Grill and hot tub we’re great! We had 30” of snow. The steps down to Main St are super handy. Bedrooms were comfy. Every closet has extra robes for the hot tub. All of the plumbing worked great which is not always true in this neighborhood. We’ll be back

Amazing location - lovely home - responsive owner

We had three couples stay at the house and it was perfect for the six of us. It's a split level set up with a bedroom off the kitchen on the top floor and three other bedrooms and a living room area on the lower level. While the skiing wasn't ideal (major lack of snow) - the house was fabulous. We still had a great time thanks to the location of this house right above Main Street. Short walk down to everything on Main Street. Great deck with seating and gas grill and beautiful views. Also some nice roads to hike above the house with incredible views of Deer Valley and downtown. The house is really well stocked and extremely comfortable. We like to cook and there were plenty of pots, pans, utensils, spices, oils and pretty much anything else we needed. Great kitchen area with a big table which worked well for dinners and game playing since we weren't spending as much time on the slopes. As far as access to the mountain - the Quitting Time run which you can get to from close to the house - that trail wasn't open to ski down to the Town Lift area. The walk down to the lift isn't bad (about 5-6 blocks downhill - which would not be super pleasant in ski boots but we wore regular boots and found lockers to rent). One item to note - if you have more novice skiers in your group - you may not want to send them down Quitting Time. It's a blue trail and looked pretty narrow and steep with some switchbacks. We did have someone walk back up to the house and get the car to pick us up after skiing as we were all too wiped to try to walk the road uphill back to the house with all our equipment. It's very easy to drop off and pick up people right by the Town Lift though. The free bus system and Trolley gets you anywhere you want to go around town. Hot tub truly fits 6 people - not like some that say they are for 6 and you're on top of each other. It's a nice private tub on the back deck. Suzanne is extremely helpful and responsive if you need anything. I would absolutely recommend this house.

Nice accommodations, lots of extras, owner always available and very helpful.

Nice to have 3 bathrooms, kitchen a little tight but full of extras - spices, cooking supplies, and when we had a slight problem Suzanne was on it immediately. Hot tub nice. Location to public transit and Old Town great. Lots of steps and inclines. Not much snow this trip but not the owner’s fault. Would recommend to friends.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The hot tub was great!

There is plenty of seating and comfortable space for everyone to relax.

The downstairs renter is very nice and helpful.
