Sun and Snow 3 is a newly remodeled spacious Duplex located on Little Saint Germain lake.

The three bedroom two bath features:

On the Lake side there is a fire pit with plenty of seating along with a hammock to enjoy the beautiful summer days and nights.

Plenty of dock space if you bring your own boat. Ask our property manager about rental boats.

For those of you unfamiliar with the lake it is one of the best in the area for fishing or recreation, with an abundance of panfish and plenty of walleye and musky for the more avid fisherman. The ice fishing is just as good as the open water, with the warmth of the cabin right on one of the best fishing areas of the lake.
During the winter months enjoy access to the vast snowmobile trail system right out your front door.

There are many good restaurants, a convenience store, coffee shops, and ice cream shop just a short walk or drive away! Access them by snowmobile or even a few from the boat!

Boy’s Fishing Weekend

This property was perfect for our boys weekend fishing. Father, Son, and grandsons had a blast. Host was very good at communicating and house was very clean. We will be back!

Family fun!

The place was fantastic! Had both side of the duplex with my brothers family and made it twice as fun! Property manager was great very helpful and we had great availability to him. Hoping to making this a yearly vacation!

Week at the lake

The cabin was very clean and spacious. We had a few rain days, so having the smart tv and big dining table to play games on helped keep us entertained. The back deck overlooking the lake is where we spent alot of time. The views are amazing. Loved being within walking distance to ice cream, coffee, bar/restaurants. We would definitely return to this cabin rental.

Great spot!

It was a great spot! I have stayed on Little St. Germain lake a lot, but never on West Bay. I was pleasantly surprised with the location. It was easy to just walk into town. Having the second level/living area was really nice for our kids as well.

Great cabin in a great location

This is an amazing cabin in the best location. Cabin is very clean and has an amazing view of the lake. The location is also very close to dining, shopping and many recreational activities. We had 3 couples traveling together and we had plenty of room. Will definitely be back!! Only negative item is the Charcoal Grill is in desperate need of replacement.

Better than advertised!

Clean, comfortable, convenient to boating, kayaking, hiking, biking, and good food. We docked our boat right in front of the duplex and could put our kayak in and pull out easily- Bike and hike trails across the street- Owner even put wood in the firepit for us. Would come back to Little Lake St Germain and stay in this duplex.

The ideal family escape

This was our 2nd stay in a month. We are convinced it’s the best spot in the Northwoods. Great for kiddos, super clean & tidy accommodations. Everything you need is nearby. Highly recommend taking the pontoon boat with your rental. We have a new family tradition. This charming little cabin is truly a home away from home.

There is no better place in the Northwoods!

We fell in love with this cozy, quiet spot on Little St.Germain Lake. The water was beautiful & calm. The accommodations were beyond our expectations and super clean. We went to the coffee shop & Cathy’s Ice Cream every day. The property manager is a gem to work with. We have 2 kids, 7&9 and they loved every minute, and so did we. It was really hard to leave. We will be booking next year for sure. I don’t know that I can say enough good things about this place. Grateful we found it and for the memories we created with our kiddos.

We enjoyed our stay at this very nice duplex. It was clean and location was nice. Property manager was very helpful, You can catch fish off the pier and see eagles and lioons.

We love the location and access to the lake. Kids love fishing on the dock and walking to Cathy’s ice cream. We have been coming here for 5 Summers now.

Once again a GREAT TIME

This was our third time here and again it was Great. The check in was flawless and Rob was always helpful with any questions we had. The kids had a Great time , what with all the activities , tubing down the Wisconsin River, go kart racing, fishing , swimming and watching eagles soar over the lake. And with Kathy's Ice Cream store in walking distance,it was ice cream every night. So yes we will be back for our fourth time next year

Lovely Cabin!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Between the condo, the location and lake access, it was simply perfect. We would rent this unit again. It had new appliances, a great up north feel decor and everything we needed for our stay. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Great Stay

We had a great time staying here! It’s perfect for larger families or two families visiting together. Walking distance to coffee, ice cream, gas stations and restaurants. Fun to watch boats come in to get their coffee and ice cream. :) Property manager was super helpful and responded quickly to inquiries. Thoroughly enjoyed our time at this cabin!

Beautiful Clean Nicely Furnished Vacation Home on West Shore of Little St. Germain Lake

Really nicely laid out quiet rental unit. Great for multiple families sharing as it has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathroom upstairs and 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom downstairs. Great views from deck upstairs and easy walk out access to the lake from the lower level. Loved watching the Eagles. Very convenient to the Villas Bike Trails. Great host with easy check-in. Has air conditioning. Which makes it comfortable on hot humid days, nights. Some difficulty balancing the temperature between the upper and lower level. When at a comfortable level upstairs, very cool downstairs, so you may need extra blankets. Kitchen very nice with large refrigerator/freezer, plus dishwasher and gas stove and good supply of cooking/ serving items. Note no hair dryer available and a little short on toilet paper.
