Fabulous Ski In/Out Christmas Week at Grand Timber Lodge Breckenridge, Colorado

This is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath unit which sleeps 8 with 1 king size bed (sleeps 2) in the master bedroom and one sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeps 2) and the second bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2) and a pull out sofa (sleeps 2). The unit has a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator, double sink, microwave oven, range with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, a full set of cooking utensils, pots and pans and plates and dishes and cooking equipment. The unit will have a dinging table that will seat 8 as well as 3 chairs that pull up to the granite kitchen counter for easy talking and getting together with friends and family after a busy day on the slopes. The kitchen has a toaster as well. The master bedroom in the unit has a full bath with 2 sinks and a Jacuzzi tub as well as a separate section of the bath that has another sink and a stand-up shower. The second bedroom of the split plan has a full bath and has a kitchenette of its own including a small sink, microwave, small refrigerator and a small stove with a small set of dinnerware for use in that room if you so desire. The second bedroom with the kitchenette has its own separate entrance and can be locked off for privacy if you so desire during your stay. The unit has a balcony with 2 chair on it. The unit will have a television with cable TV in the master and second bedroom and also a TV in the living room. The living room has a gas fireplace with mantle that is operated by a switch on the wall! Each room will have a DVD player so if you want to rent movies during your stay from the DVD Kiosk in the building you may. There is a small fee for this convenience at the KIOSK but it is a super way to relax and enjoy movies with the family or get kids movies for them to watch after a long day before bedtime. The room will have a phone with voice mail. WIFI is free and available at the resort in the buildings. Free wifi is available in the lobby of building 1 (the check in building) as well as a computer and printer is available in building one for use by guests for check in at airlines etc. The resort has multiple indoor-outdoor pools and hot tubs, a rec room, work out rooms with equipment for use by guests, game room for the kids, sauna and steam room on property. There are outdoor gas grills on premises outside of each building at the resort for use by guests if you want to use them. There is a full service spa on the resort property for use by guests. There are storage lockers for skis on premises for use by guests and each building has an underground heated and enclosed parking garage with elevator access to each floor in the building. The resort has a free shuttle service available for use by guests to go back and forth to town or to the local ski areas in town(not an airport shuttle). This is a ski in and ski out facility and there is a ski rental and equipment rental facility (Christy Sports) on premises outside of the ground floor of building 5 at the resort for use by guests for their convenience. Towels are provided for use at the pools or hot tubs in each room at the resort. You have the ability to check out and use robes from the front desk at the resort during your stay but they must be returned to the front desk upon your departure from the resort to avoid being charged for the robes. This truly is a fantastic property and one of a kind! The sidewalks and roads at the resort are also unique in that they are heated(hot water pipes run under the roads and sidewalks) so when it is snowing and icing all over town the resort has clean driveways and sidewalks.
