Alpine Vista is a true ski in / ski out condo located within the Village at Breckenridge resort which is nestled between Peak 9 and historic downtown Breckenridge on Main Street.

Fully renovated in 2022 with vinyl wood flooring, granite kitchen counter tops, added office nook, recessed lighting in kitchen, remodeled bathrooms with walk-in showers, new furniture and mountain modern decor, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and fresh interior paint, this beautiful condo is a guest favorite!

The owners purchased this wonderful condo in 2022, and they invite you to enjoy staying in their newly renovated "home away from home" while exploring all of the grandeur that makes Breckenridge a premier ski and vacation resort.

Here's why you will love Alpine Vista:

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
This ski in / ski out condo is less than 400 feet to the QuickSilver SuperChair lift at the base of Peak 9. There are onsite ski & board schools and equipment rental shops at the Village at Breckenridge. Walk one block to beautiful historic downtown Breckenridge where you will find restaurants and shops galore!

STUNNING VIEWS
Enjoy the sights and sounds of Breckenridge from the condo balcony. The balcony has chairs and a small table with views of Maggie Pond, the Blue River, and the majestic Rocky Mountains.

2 BEDROOM / 2 FULL BATHROOM
Alpine Vista is a beautifully decorated and well-appointed condominium that is 1,000 square feet which sleeps 10 guests comfortably. Sleep accommodations include two queen beds in the master bedroom, one queen bed and a twin/twin bunk bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There are two full bathrooms. This charming mountain modern themed condo makes for a comfortable and cozy stay.

WELL-APPOINTED FULL KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, breakfast bar with bar stools, office nook and everything you need for dining in and home-cooked meals.

DINING AREA
The dining table seats six guests. There is a breakfast bar adjacent to the kitchen which seats two more.

COZY LIVING AREA
This condo has a cozy living area with a wood-burning fireplace, HDTV, a queen sofa sleeper, and sitting chairs. From the living area, there is access to the balcony via a sliding glass door.

GUEST AMENITIES!
The Village at Breckenridge offers many wonderful guest amenities. Guests may enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room, work-out room, movie room, game room, oxygen bar, mini golf, community rooms and even a candy store!

ONSITE HEATED GARAGE PARKING
Onsite parking in the heated garage is offered to guests upon booking.

FREE WIRELESS INTERNET
There is free wireless internet available in the condo. Network and password is provided upon booking.

COMMUNITY WASHER & DRYER
There is a community washer and dryer conveniently located on every floor in every building at the Village at Breckenridge resort. The washer and dryer are available for guest use via app and the ease of a simple credit card swipe.

COMMUNITY OUTDOOR GRILL
Summer guests may use the community outdoor grill located in the central plaza area at the Village at Breckenridge resort.

OUTDOOR FIRE PIT
Guests may enjoy the warmth of the outdoor fire pit located in the central plaza area of the Village.

TRASH ROOM
There is a trash room conveniently located on every floor in every building at the Village with a trash chute for trash removal while staying.

ONSITE SKI AND BOARD SCHOOL & EQUIPMENT RENTAL SHOPS
There is a ski and board school conveniently located onsite at the base of the Antero building at the Village at Breckenridge resort. In addition, there are two equipment rental shops at the Village. Guests will receive information about the ski and board school and equipment rental shops upon booking.

THE NATIONAL FOREST
The national forest is at your back door for convenient hikes along the network
of trails to the nearby beaver ponds, streams, and mountain ski slopes.

YEAR-ROUND ADVENTURE
Come to Breckenridge for skiing, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, white water rafting, sledding, sight-seeing and much more!

At many lodges throughout Breckenridge including the Village, there are less onsite parking spaces than there are condos for rent. Because parking spaces at the Village often sell out during peak rental periods, there is a nightly fee that is separate from booking fees that we must pass on if you elect to bring a vehicle and choose the onsite parking option. Onsite parking should be requested at the time of booking due to limited availability. Please note that the Village at Breckenridge condos are ski in / ski out, and that you are conveniently located within walking distance to Main Street. Many guests choose to shuttle in rather than bring a vehicle and pay for parking.

Nov 1 - Apr 30 - $60/night
May 1 - Oct 31 - $30/night

VILLAGE AT BRECKENRIDGE RESORT FEE:

The Village at Breckenridge has a daily resort fee of $27.50 per day. This will appear as a "property fee" upon booking.

Prefect location

The view from the 3 balconies was wonderful. Very spacious accommodations, well equipped kitchen. We were 6 adults but this condo can accommodate 2 more adults easily.

Great location!

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and well appointed. The property manager was awesome- answered any questions we had in timely fashion. Check in process via the app can potentially be a little confusing but we got through it bc the property manager was helpful guiding us through it. Once checked in everything was a breeze! Had a nice time!

Great Pick

Super clean, minimalist condo. Kitchen has everything needed to cook meals. Beautiful view off the porches. Condo unit has great amenities - warm pool (even in cold outdoor temps) with kids section was our favorite! Great walkable location in town.

Great Condo

All in all I would say this is a great condo. It really could use a lamp or two in the living room (we brought a small reading lamp based on other reviews). Would be great if they had some nightstands. But we enjoyed our stay, bathrooms were great and functional... great kitchen amenities. Laundry close by. Short walk to main street. Definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful

I have nothing negative to say about the property or the manager. There was a bit of a hiccup and Twilla was on top of it. You can see the ski lift from the property. It was a quick walk to get to the lift. We were able to save money and go back to the condo for lunches and relax. I hope to stay here again!

Great Spot

We enjoyed our stay here. Twilla was great and responsive. We had an issue with no hot water (not due to this particular unit but the building had issues and she had maintenance on it and corrected it. It was a little confusing at first when we arrived where to go, park, and the key process but once we got it figured out it was fine. The location is perfect! Walking distance to the town. Highly recommend and would def stay there again

Unbelievable Location!

The lift is literally right outside your door! Perfect for families with kids who make you schlep their gear! Condo is very spacious. Plenty of beds. Condo was recently updated. Great kitchen with everything you need. Host was very helpful and accessible! We will definitely be back!

Great condo, not sure about the virtual keys

Awesome location, steps to the lift. Clean and welcoming; decor simple and cute. The best wall mounted ski rack I have ever seen. Twilla was very responsive and helpful. The only minor snag was there appeared to have missing cooking utensils; I could only find 1 oversized spatula. We were not comfortable with the app based electric key required to access everything; my phone battery did die in minus degree temperature; I was lucky I wasn’t alone or I could be stuck outside of the building in the freezing cold. We know this is not the fault of any unit owners. Over all I think it’s one of the nicest skiing condos I have been in.

Great Location

Great location and nice unit. The new checkout process caused a little hiccup, but Twila was super helpful. Pros: The pool and hot tubs, fitness center, and rec room (with free arcade games) were great for our family trip. The way the unit is set up is great and could easily sleep 8-10. There is a great space for hanging out together. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and very nice with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The location is right in the Main Street area and great for daily walks for meals and exploring. There was a little park next to the river a few blocks away that our little kids enjoyed. The only cons were that the patio doors were not in good repair and there was only one folding chair on the deck for sitting and are some trees that block the view, but it was still beautiful. There is also no lamp or light in the livingroom which is where I wanted to sit and read a book when everyone had gone to bed, but the bright dining room light was the only option.

Late Season Getaway

We had a great time getting in some late season skiing at Breck. The condo was great! The only drawbacks is the pool/fitness being in a completely disconnected building. Overall the time was awesome. Would recommend again!!!

No issues at all. Unit was clean and well stocked. Fixed most of our meals in the kitchen with ease. Easy access to slopes, pool, and town. We had a great stay.
