Come stay at our spacious condo that has recently undergone an extensive remodel and is in 'Almost Brand New' condition. We have stocked our 'Home Away From Home' with everything you should need for a fantastic snow ski or summer vacation.

The property is located at: 705 Snowberry Lane, Breckenridge, CO 80424

At the moment our pool and hot tub complex is undergoing an $1 million remodeling and will not be available this summer. We have discounted our nightly rate so you can use the savings to use the 'Breckenridge Recreation Center' which just completed a $17 million dollar upgrade. We do have nearby hiking, fishing, and an indoor ice skating complex within walking distance.

Our large two bedroom, three full bath Condo is tastefully furnished with: two queen-size beds in the master bedroom, and two full-size beds in the second bedroom. An additional queen-size bed is available in a comfortable pullout couch in the living room. Separate sink and vanity areas are located in each bathroom.

Numerous other amenities include:

* Three Full bathrooms (each include a bathtub and a shower).

* Fully equipped kitchen with all the pots, pans, and utensils that you should need.

* Convenient covered parking is directly below the unit.

* Private covered deck with a table, chairs, and a BBQ.

* Free very high speed wireless internet throughout the unit.

* Wall mounted flat screen TV's in each room.

* Gas fireplace.

The Condo is in a premium location only a very short walking distance to all that historic downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Fantastic restaurants are nearby, along with shopping, bike paths, and much much more.

Our prices include taxes and cleaning.

Minimum age for rental agreement is 25 yrs old.

Maximum occupancy is eight (8) persons.

Sorry, but pets are not allowed, and this is a Non-Smoking facility.

I purchased this condo after spending many days skiing in Breckenridge. My wife and I love the area and enjoy the friendly people and the town. There is so much to do in the area throughout the year.

Great Place to Stay!!

The owners did a great job decorating and outfitting the unit with quality items. More than enough space to spread out and relax. Easy walk to the lift (Quicksilver) and to downtown for dinner and cocktails. Having a dedicated parking space was also handy. With lots of choices for places to stay, this place is one of the best. Absolutely beautiful!

We can’t wait to return! Mark’s condo has everything you need. Easily accessible location on the south end of town, quiet complex, comfortable beds, spacious living area, high end design. We couldn’t ask for anything more! Mark was very friendly and offered helpful information as needed. We tried Piante Pizza and we’re not even vegan but it was tasty! Head to Twist for their happy hour food - scrumptious! And cool off with a sweet ice cream treat rolled right in front of you at Stir Pan Creamery. Go find the troll on Wellington Trail for a bit of whimsical fun!

It was great

We thought the property was great. The owners thought of everything. It was a nice size, well furnished,comfortable beds and pillows, and well stocked. Located convenient to free shuttle into town and not a bad walk into town. The owner, agent was very thoughtful and concerned about our comfort and enjoyment. Hope we can go back again one day.

Beautifully designed space, outstanding kitchen, comfortable beds, gracious owners

We enjoyed our summer trip to the cool mountains of Breckenridge staying in Mike & Holly's lovely condo. The spacious, well lit kitchen & living room are perfectly designed for making meals & hanging out with family; people can simultaneously cook, wash dishes, chop veggies, access the fridge, or sit at the large granite-topped island--and never get in each other's way! If you've ever stayed in one of the same condos crowded with cheap furniture with barely room to turn around, you will appreciate the perfect use of space here. The kitchen drawers and pantry are stocked with everything real cooks need to put a nice meal together, even sharp knives & cutting boards. The appliances all work perfectly, & the dishwasher runs quietly. Nice!

Also, Mike & Holly included all those things you usually have to buy at the grocery store: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, plastic wrap & aluminum foil, dishwashing soap, cleaning supplies, etc. That was a nice touch. I really appreciated how clean & well-organized this condo was.

The bedrooms & bathrooms are beautiful. The beds are all very comfortable, an especially important feature if you are hiking all day. We had a great time, would definitely stay here again in this comfortable & lovely mountain home.

Has it all

Ideal location. Easy walk to Mainstreet and the Peak 9 chair lift. Close proximity to the hot tubs was a plus. Plenty of space for a larger group. Has all the amenities you would need. Plus, Mike went above and beyond and provided helpful information and was attentive/prompt in his responses.

Overall a great experience. Would stay here again.

Refundable damage deposit $500

The minimum age to rent from us is 25. A check or credit card payment of $300 is required to confirm the reservation and the balance is due 30 days before your arrival. A refundable $500 security deposit in the form of a personal check or the online booking payment is also required along with a signed damage waiver within 30 days of your check-in. If no damage is found, the check will be shredded or the credit card refunded. We also have a 14 day rental maximum during ski season.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
