ONCE YOU HAVE ENTERED YOU MAY NOT EVER WANT TO LEAVE.
This property is located on the edge of the San Sebastian inlet in the city of Saint Augustine. This is a 2 story house and unit B is located on the second floor of the home. From the space on the second floor you can enjoy the panoramic view and the many marinas through the oversize windows and front porch. Sailboats, Shrimp boats and other water vessels provide a rich visual feast. The scene is always changing. In the spring, the light green and blues of the marsh shimmer in the soft light. Later in the year, dark green and browns are more visible. As the tide comes in and out, birds both small and large come in to feed, rest and roost.

Awesome views, Great location, Loved it
My 2 daughters and I spent 5 days here and loved every minute of it. It was beautifully decorated, well stocked, very clean and the views were breath taking. Wish we could have stayed longer. Bed was really comfortable and the owners were extremely wonderful to work with. Would definitely recommend this little gem to anyone going to St. Augustine.
We also enjoyed the Haunted Walking tour and even walked to it from the property. Felt safe to stay here. No regrets except that the stay wasn't long enough. Hope to come again one day.
Great location and awesome sunset views
We stayed at Marina Sunsets for the month of March to get away from the cold of the mid-Atlantic winter. The location in historic Lincolnville was great for getting into downtown St. Augustine. We rented bikes for the month (Riberia and King Sts.) and biked to downtown often, as parking can be expensive and hard to find at peak times. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed (except for a blender which would have been nice but not a big deal). The kitchen was otherwise nicely equipped and the bathroom was too. I particularly enjoyed having a washer/dryer on site since I was there a full month. The bed is due for replacement pretty soon--it was a bit lopsided and "jiggly" but there were plenty of nice linens. The pull-out sofa was not suitable for an adult to sleep on. The mattress was very thin and you could feel the bars and springs so we bought a blowup mattress for our company to use. Also, the only bathroom is through the master bedroom. There are other visitors in the two VRBO units below that I could hear from time to time but I use a white noise machine at night so sleeping was never a problem. All were respectful and pleasant. The unit has a large front porch and a smaller back one where the sunsets were amazing. We brought binoculars for viewing the birds that frequent the marsh and river--saw lots of cool ones including herons, ibis, egrets, cormorants and a kingfisher). We enjoyed using both porches during our stay. Close by restaurants include the Blue Hen open for breakfast and lunch, the Ice Plant in the Distillery up the street and our favorite, Preserved, open for dinner and weekend brunch. All were excellent. Michael and Hyacinth were very friendly and available and checked in with us often. There were fluffy new towels, a new shower curtain plus plenty of HH items like laundry detergent, dish soap and new sponges which was appreciated. We had an amazing time in St. Augustine and a very enjoyable stay!
My husband and I along with our 20 month old stayed here and it was perfect! Beautiful views and quiet. Close to everything! I think the furthest we traveled was 8 minutes away. Will definitely stay again!!! Very clean place!
Thank you. We enjoyed having you stay with us. Come again.
Very clean, quiet and convenient. We would definitely stay there again. I would highly recommend it to others.
We thoroughly enjoyed this rental. Art work on the wall was colorful and cheerful. House was clean; location good; sunsets from the back porch gorgeous. The owners are very accommodating and they left all kinds of information for restaurants and sightseeing.. Home had all that was needed and more. (Missed a whistling tea pot, but a small sauce pan did the trick!!)
We are looking forward to returning next year.
Thank you Michael and Hyacinth.
We enjoyed having you stay with us. Tea pot is a good idea.
We look forward to your return

Upon arrival we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a snack item. The accommodation was extremely clean, well appointed, and comfortable.. The location was a close distance to Old St. Augustine where history, multiple museums, sights, and activities await to be enjoyed. An owners' note made themselves available 24/7 for any questions or help required.
We would recommend this accommodation and use it again.
St. Augustine has a 450 year history in the making. It is truly a gem. Its lively and diverse downtown and close proximity to the beach makes it both stimulating and relaxing. The downtown area provides live music, entertainment, shopping, sight seeing, dining, bicycle and scooter rentals. The World Golf village is about 20 minutes drive north of the city. The Tour Trains provides transportation and information to the many attractions such as the San Sabastian Winery, The Ice House Distillery, Whetstone Chocolate factor, the Fort Castillo De San Marcos and many others. Romance is always in the air in St. Augustine and the city has become a popular place to get married. Often brides and bridal parties can be seen on Horse drawn carriages winding in and out of the downtown city streets. The old and the new provide an interesting mixture that will add to ones memorable moments. Vilano Beach is north and east. Across the Bridge of Lions is St. Augustine Beach. Both beaches are about a 7 minute drive away. St. Augustine Beach Pier is a popular spot to view Sunsets and fish off the pier. surfing is also a popular activity in this area. The Amphitheatre on A1A host many musical events. The Anesthesia State Park has preserved an area where one can enjoy the feeling of being taken back in time. The people of St. Augustine are most welcoming, helpful and friendly.
