This property is located on the edge of the San Sebastian inlet in the city of Saint Augustine. This is a 2 story house the apartment is located on the second floor of the home. This apartment is a complete unit seperate from the downstairs. The apartment is entered from the ground floor and an inside staircase that leads to the second floor. From the space on the second floor you can enjoy the panoramic view and the many marinas through the oversize windows and front porch. Sailboats, Shrimp boats and other water vessels provide a rich visual feast. The scene is always changing. In the spring, the light green and blues of the marsh shimmer in the soft light. Later in the year, dark green and browns are more visible. As the tide comes in and out, birds both small and large come in to feed, rest and roost.

Michael and Hyacinth Davis,
Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home.
We had an awesome time so relaxing, so amazing
your beautiful art work really makes your home so
cozy. The art has a story to tell in each picture. Me
and my husband needed the down time. We went
from the back deck to the front deck LOL.
Thank you so much Ernie and Lillie Gilbert, Marianna Florida
Great location. Clean. Comfortable space. Great views.
Property had a typical Florida feel. The best of fl surrounded you. Palms, marsh, wildlife, sailing boats and native flowers. Property was well furnished, decorated well—owners art(acrylic and oil paintings), stained glass, sculptures, and pottery, an artist’s haven. Property located near restaurants and activities. Would not hesitate to book again.
LoVe, LoVe, LoVe this place!!! Very charming, and quiet...porches front, and back. Beautiful views of the harbour, and nature at it's best. The owners were there if you need anything otherwise left you alone to enjoy this little gem. Will be back for sure!
Fantastic, Perfect, Wonderful!
Everything about our 5 day stay was absolutely fantastic! My wife even said that when we come back to St. Augustine, we're only staying here...and I couldn't agree more.
DELIGHTFUL STAY! CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN!
This is a delightful and charming bungalow! Only a few minutes drive to everything you'd want to see and do in St. Augustine! We enjoyed the welcome guest book immensely - very detailed hints, suggestions, and recommendations from the owners that couldn't be beat! Hard to do all the 'touristy' things around town when you're leaving behind such a serene and comfortable 'home' away from home. The only reason we didn't give this a Five Star rating is because we had to be realistic - the bathroom is antiquated (tho' accommodating and well stocked), and negotiating a staircase with luggage and groceries can be trying at times. That being said, it'll still be our first choice when returning to St. Augustine! Gracious thanks to the owners for going the extra mile in this vacation home!
St. Augustine has a 450 year history in the making. It is truly a gem. Its lively and diverse downtown and close proximity to the beach makes it both stimulating and relaxing. The downtown area provides live music, entertainment, shopping, sight seeing, dining, bicycle and scooter rentals. The World Golf village is about 20 minutes drive north of the city. The Tour Trains provides transportation and information to the many attractions such as the San Sabastian Winery, The Ice House Distillery, Whetstone Chocolate factor, the Fort Castillo De San Marcos and many others. Romance is always in the air in St. Augustine and the city has become a popular place to get married. Often brides and bridal parties can be seen on Horse drawn carriages winding in and out of the downtown city streets. The old and the new provide an interesting mixture that will add to ones memorable moments.
Vilano Beach is north and east. Across the Bridge of Lions is St. Augustine Beach. Both beaches are about a 7 minute drive away. St. Augustine Beach Pier is a popular spot to view Sunsets and fish off the pier. surfing is also a popular activity in this area. The Amphitheatre on A1A host many musical events. The Anesthesia State Park has preserved an area where one can enjoy the feeling of being taken back in time. The people of St. Augustine are most welcoming, helpful and friendly.
