Lovely place, very warm, quiet and arranged with a very good taste.
Charming, convenient and comfortable.
We had a delightful stay, The property is situated in a very quaint, historic neighborhood and is near many wonderful places in St, Augustine. The bonus was being located on a marsh where we were visited daily by a variety of birds, and we are avid amateur birders. Michael and Hyacinth could not have been more accommodating, and we appreciated everything the apartment had to offer.
Lovely property located in quiet area close to attractions, restaurants, etc. It was very clean and well equipped. Loved sitting on screened porch and sipping coffee. So relaxing. Thank you, Michael and Hyacinth.
Pictures don't lie! Relaxing setting/ great hosts.
Who couldn't relax surrounded by gardens, viewing the tidal marsh across the lawn, sipping coffee on the cozy screened porch and chatting with interesting and helpful hosts? Great place with wonderful artworks.
Thank you. It was a pleasure meeting you. We look forward to seeing you again
Very nice clean and homey.
We always love staying with Michael and Hyacinth.
Thanks Dana. It's always a pleasure having you with us.
See you soon.
Great place -- close to everything that is St Augustine, but not too close - just a nice walk.
My wife and I had a great time. It was just the right size with all of the acompanyments of home. Very nice view of the marsh -- great place to relax in the evening and watch the sunset.i think we got to feel like we were part of St Augustine versus just visiting as one feels when they stay in a hotel. If we are ever in St Augustine again in the future we will be staying there again.

St. Augustine has a 450 year history in the making. It is truly a gem. Its lively and diverse downtown and close proximity to the beach makes it both stimulating and relaxing. The downtown area provides live music, entertainment, shopping, sight seeing, dining, bicycle and scooter rentals. The World Golf village is about 20 minutes drive north of the city. The Tour Trains provides transportation and information to the many attractions such as the San Sabastian Winery, The Ice House Distillery, Whetstone Chocolate factor, the Fort Castillo De San Marcos and many others. Romance is always in the air in St. Augustine and the city has become a popular place to get married. Often brides and bridal parties can be seen on Horse drawn carriages winding in and out of the downtown city streets. The old and the new provide an interesting mixture that will add to ones memorable moments.
Vilano Beach is north and east. Across the Bridge of Lions is St. Augustine Beach. Both beaches are about a 7 minute drive away. St. Augustine Beach Pier is a popular spot to view Sunsets and fish off the pier. surfing is also a popular activity in this area. The Amphitheatre on A1A host many musical events. The Anesthesia State Park has preserved an area where one can enjoy the feeling of being taken back in time. The people of St. Augustine are most welcoming, helpful and friendly.
