A beautiful, relaxing, home away from home.
St. Augustine is a remarkable little city! And this suite is conveniently located close to the historic district, beaches, restaurants, hospital, and other services. The owners are thoughtful, organized, and always nearby, in case they are needed; while respecting your privacy. I highly recommend this place for a great getaway.
Perfect apartment that offered a peaceful environment after a full day of sightseeing!
The apartment was decorated beautifully with all the conveniences that allowed us to relax! We were in walking distance to downtown, restaurants and local attractions....we would definitely recommend this beautiful apartment! Loved the screened in back porch that looked out on sawgrass and marshes!
Adorable apartment in the perfect location
The apartment was great. The bed was comfortable and the property was very clean. It is close to everything or a short uber ride at most. We were able to walk and leave our car at the house all weekend. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants within a short walk. Highly recommend the distillery tour and breakfast at The Blue Hen Cafe right down the street. Lots of excellent dining nearby as well. Preserved is a must for dinner if you are celebrating anything on your visit. The owners were very responsive to messages and questions along with plenty of suggestions. We will stay here again when we come back to St. Augustine without question!
Lovely place, very warm, quiet and arranged with a very good taste.
Charming, convenient and comfortable.
We had a delightful stay, The property is situated in a very quaint, historic neighborhood and is near many wonderful places in St, Augustine. The bonus was being located on a marsh where we were visited daily by a variety of birds, and we are avid amateur birders. Michael and Hyacinth could not have been more accommodating, and we appreciated everything the apartment had to offer.
Lovely property located in quiet area close to attractions, restaurants, etc. It was very clean and well equipped. Loved sitting on screened porch and sipping coffee. So relaxing. Thank you, Michael and Hyacinth.
St. Augustine has a 450 year history in the making. It is truly a gem. Its lively and diverse downtown and close proximity to the beach makes it both stimulating and relaxing. The downtown area provides live music, entertainment, shopping, sight seeing, dining, bicycle and scooter rentals. The World Golf village is about 20 minutes drive north of the city. The Tour Trains provides transportation and information to the many attractions such as the San Sabastian Winery, The Ice House Distillery, Whetstone Chocolate factor, the Fort Castillo De San Marcos and many others. Romance is always in the air in St. Augustine and the city has become a popular place to get married. Often brides and bridal parties can be seen on Horse drawn carriages winding in and out of the downtown city streets. The old and the new provide an interesting mixture that will add to ones memorable moments.
Vilano Beach is north and east. Across the Bridge of Lions is St. Augustine Beach. Both beaches are about a 7 minute drive away. St. Augustine Beach Pier is a popular spot to view Sunsets and fish off the pier. surfing is also a popular activity in this area. The Amphitheatre on A1A host many musical events. The Anesthesia State Park has preserved an area where one can enjoy the feeling of being taken back in time. The people of St. Augustine are most welcoming, helpful and friendly.
