We had a wonderful stay at this Nantucket home! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed.The location was fantastic and made it easy to enjoy everything Nantucket has to offer. We especially appreciated the outdoor space / proximity to town / beach access / peaceful neighborhood, and the house was a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.The host was very responsive, helpful, and made the entire process easy from beginning to end.We loved our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable Nantucket getaway!

Zoo Fest is absolutely magnificent!! Quintessential Nantucket!

We had the absolute BEST time at Zoo Fest! This was our first time visiting Nantucket and we fell in love. The house is absolutely magnificent! We spent our evenings swimming, dining outside, sitting around the fire pit and playing in the big open lawn. We walked into Sconset for ice cream, sandwiches and wine. We also walked to the beach and light house. The home is in a wonderful location! I could go on and on about Zoo Fest! If you’re one the fence, book it!! You won’t be disappointed.

Easy to relax here!

The home is beautifully furnished. Plenty of room to spread out: play games, sit by the firepit or simply relax by the pool. Great location for walks, bike rides or to pick up the WAVE local transit and visit town.

Wonderful summer holiday

We had a wonderful family gathering, with room and activity for everyone. The pool was perfect, with a lovely dinning room and quick access to the beach. All and all a seamless and easy experience!

Wonderful home in idyllic Sconset

Zoo Fest was perfect for our large, multi generational family’s annual summer vacation. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, making s’mores in the fire pit, having their own loft area, and biking to the beach and restaurants in Sconset. The adults also loved all of these things and appreciated the large kitchen for family meals and the layout of the house. We had plenty of space with two living room areas, two master bedrooms, and relaxing outdoor areas as well - we even did a yoga class with 12 of us on the side lawn! The owners were responsive to any request we had, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
