This is an exceptionally clean, light and recently upgraded 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, Vacation Villa in the Premier Happy Trails Resort. It has newer SS kitchen appliances, W/D and taller toilets. Freshly painted walls, glass sliding doors with built-in blinds. Two Queen beds; BBQ w/ outdoor table and chairs and other items. The open floor plan is light and great for entertaining. Everything you need for a relaxing getaway in the Valley of the Sun is here waiting for you!

The home was as described and it fit our needs. The kitchen needs to be cleaned out and keep only necessary things for a stay. The tv was temperamental, but also ok for the amount we watched it. Shelley and Dave were there to help us check in and we’re available anytime we needed them. The resort itself was very nice and we used the pickleball courts and the billiard tables.

Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels and nice there was a washer and dryer. It was great there was 2 bathrooms and soap and shampoo also a hair dryer I didn’t have to bring! Overall very comfy and clean. Our host Shelly was very nice and accommodating and her husband David. The property and amenities were great! Would definitely stay again at our next visit!

What a wonderful place to stay! The owners are so friendly and welcoming. The villa is clean and cozy with everything you need to stay comfortably.
