Kick back and relax at this peaceful home in the retirement community of Sun City Grand. Located in a Cul De Sac off the main road traffic is at a minimum. One member of the party must be 45 or older.

The space
Right in the door is a spacious great room with kitchen bar, cozy couches and adjustable height dinning table! There are 3 TVs one in each bedroom and one in the great room. On cooler days enjoy the lovely covered patio furnished with comfortable chairs and center table. The master bedroom features a cozy duel adjustable bed with 2 remote controls!

Comfortable and Cozy

Exactly as described and pictured. We enjoyed our two month stay here. Communication with owner Mary Ann was promptly addressed. Very clean home with essential products supplied. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home in a nice and quiet neighborhood.
